Hello! Today I'm making a feast with one of my favourite Korean ingredient - Injeolmi (인절미)!! Injeolmi is Korean roasted soy and you can get them at Korean marts or online. Ever since I had Injeolmi latte at &gather cafe in Seoul, I fell in love with the roasted flavour and so today I decided to make my own version by adding a cream cheese froth on the top! The results is... Cafe-worthy to be honest and it's so easy to make! I wanted to make a Shibuya honey toast but it's almost impossible to find an entire loaf of bread here in Singapore (especially now that we're in the circuit breaker), so I did it with bread slices and it works too! As usual let me know if you try the recipes out and DM me photos!! xx
