This REALLY looks yummy. Jfyi - always chew well and eat . My dad always say digestion process first starts from mushing the rice well by using our hands , next chewing in mouth. So that our body parts don’t strain much. Another tip for weight loss. Don’t cook rice for this menu. Just make a bit more of this stew and have in a bowl . But if your body craves for carb then just strew 1 - 2 tbsps of rice in a bowl full of that stew you made. 30 mins before eating, drink lots of water, then In between while having this stew, if you wish can drink water . Tomorrow make more of avial and eat that through out that day. With moong dal or oats idly. Or with any vegetable Paruppu usili. This will keep you full. usili has cab , fiber and proteins. So no need of rice Since you are lowering your carb , your body will crave for sugar. So buy lots of fruits and have it as individual snack, or as a fruit salad but no added sweets of any kind like honey, vellam , sugar etc instead add nuts in fruit salad. Or have it in the form of smoothie Recipes - flax seeds 1 tbsp - almonds 10 - bananas 1 (sometimes add figs, or dates for sweet) - frozen fruits (any berries or fruits tucked in freezer) - milk That’s fruit smoothie Minus frozen fruits , add all including 1 banana, fig . Fig smoothie is ready Dates smoothie - same as fig but here no fig instead add dates Do some variety. In between just have fruit , rarely have fruit juice made at home without filtering it. I wouldn’t recommend fruit juices. Instead of adding cows milk add, almond milk, or oats milk, or soy milk . Make those milk at home . Remember to not start exercising immediately. Do it slowly. First few months reduce your body with diet . In those months try to do any work by walking . Then pick up cycling , slowly pick strength training by going to gym . Still ask your doctor or gym trainer.

U can add carrots and beans also. Instead of Carbo(potatoes) u can add fibre in your satwik food. Fibres always help in reducing weight
