Thank you so much. Have been watching c2c videos and getting more and more confused. I was ready to give up and saw your video. Figured I would give it a try and you explained it so well. Now I am off and running on my first c2c blanket.
This is such a clear explanation on C2C, I had written instructions but they were so confusing and this video really helped me figure it out. Thank you!
Just want to say thank you, as I've watched several "how to C2C" videos and yours was the one that finally made it click in my head! I've been wanting to learn this stitch for months and thanks to you I've figured it out on my second time actually picking up hook and yarn and trying it. Thank you!
+Robin Vezeau lol WOW..SUPER COMMENT:)) TYSM FOR BEING SO KIND AND YES, THAT WOULD BE NICE HOWEVER, I ENJOY JUST WORKING FOR MYSELF AND NOT WITH THE BIG COMPANIES..TO COMMERCIALIZED AND CONTRACTED LOL..BUT TY FOR THE THOUGHT AND HAPPY HOOKIN!!!
I finally got it. I was hesitant and kept watching your video over and over. Very late one night, I decided to give it a go. I did the first four rows, but stopped thinking it was wrong. But guess what, it wasn’t. I checked it against your video and it was right. I felt elated. So I continued watching and noticed that we crochet alike. Thank you so much for teaching me something new, even though I have been crocheting for over thirty years. It’s like having my own personal teacher sitting right next to me showing me what to do!
this is the first time I have actually been able to do this stitch and get it right! You have agood voice, easy to understand, and able to show each and every move...thanks!

Stacy thanks for answering about the rectangle I watched you again on You tube and realized what I was doing wrong I was increasing on one side and decreasing on the other side 'till they came together, instead of starting to decrease on the side I had been increasing on. TY Karen!...I promise i have no intentions of that anytime soon:)..This is my passion and love as far as crafting career goes:)..what i do may and how i do it may not suit everyone but the world would be a rather boring place if we all shared the same opinions lol..so i do what i know, learn everyday, same as everyone else..and am very blessed to be as widely skilled as i am in my world of crochet..so i love sharing that:))..Ty for your support and Happy Hookin!
Thanks for such a great tutorial! I always look for left handed instruction, being left handed. Your instructions very clear and easy to understand, even for a left hander. I was able to get the pattern down anyway. Thanks again!
I love your video. It is slow enough to stop and catch up and replay. I just have to find a comfortable way to have good tension while working the stitches. Thx so much.
Thank you again for this video ❤ I forgot to do it Because I have been sick But you are a good teacher and I remember it so fast ❤❤ I thank you again ❤❤
I am SO glad you posted this. I never knew the name of this pattern and stumbled upon C2C on Pinterest, I think! My sister showed me how to do this pattern when I was in my 20s and I've kept a swatch of it for about 3.5 decades (yes decades) --- I have not wanted to rip it out or just FIGURE OUT what I did. I'm making shawls for pre-teen fraternal twins for Christmas and needed something fast and something NOT identical for them. PERFECT!!!! AND thanks for the info on the dishcloth link so I can make a blanket when I'm done! Woohooo!
I know that this is like 3 years late but... Welcome to Iowa from just north of Des Moines! Thank you for this video, I couldn't figure out how to do the C2C from written/pattern drawing view and now I'm getting it done!
just started chochet. This was an amazing tutorial for me to follow. I saw other tutorials, very fast and difficult. Thnx zo much for this easy way of c2c chrochet :)
Aloha! Found you today. Very interesting. I learned to crochet bedspreads with multiples of 3 on a long chain, and then doing the ch 3 and 3 dc in one loop, then slip stitch into the 3rd stitch from there, 3dc in same loop, etc etc. did several blankets that way. I will immediately grab my crochet needle and do it this way. Mahalo for sharing! Have a lovely day!! -FloJo in Honolulu.
Thank you for the video, I was anxious because I thought I might not understand c2c but you explain it very well, even if one is german and english is only the second language. :-) I love how you talk. :-)
I love this pattern, Stacy. Thanks so very much for sharing with everyone. I've done this pattern before but always seem to forget how to start it out when I decide to make another afghan. Having CRS is no fun, lolol
You make so much sense for me out of the printed Red Heart Yan pattern....which in my own ineptness, have totally failed to understand and execute! You made it more simple for me! Thank you!
Miss Tessa..Ty so much..I have gotten alot of the same comments to this tutorial..I think many ppl just need to see crochet simplified instead of tech-no-fied..that is what i call it when sometimes it gets a bit overexplained and explained in so many technical worlds..I feel when i explain and instruct, i want you to understand crochet, not spend time on trying to understand the words im using to explain crochet..Does that make sense?...It doesnt havent to be so technical...Glad you enjoyed and ty for the comment!!!
Hi Stacy (Stitchinstacy), I'm a lefty, however I found this to be very clear and precise. I crochet, because I have Dystonia (involuntary movements). Thank you for making this simple. You have terrific training skills and a perfect voice. Enjoy your holidays and thank you so much for this easy beginner lesson. Best regards, Jenny Cohl
I love you. I know how to make a shawl too at the same time well plus I know how to change colors here Thanks for the three videos so we can start to finish
Hello. Thank you for this beautiful pattern. I'm doing this for the first time and I absolutely love it. I'm using a multicolor yarn and it looks great. Thank you again
New subbie here, I ran into a nice lady in micheals crafts and we started showing pictures of projects we have done on our phones and she mentioned your channel regarding this particular project here. I just started this project and I just wanted to let you know that I like this project, going to make three for my youngest grandchildren. Thanks so much, will be watching for new projects as well.
I'm giving this a try. I have been making the same scarf of double crochet over and over again. I am in need of a few blankets in the family now that every one has plenty of scarves, 😁. Thanks for helping a girl out. Next time I need to find a pattern for a quick baby blanket. I'm going to be a great aunt for the 7th and 8th time this fall. 😉
Thank you so much for this video. I'm new to crocheting. You have made it so easy to follow. So glad I found your video. Definietly subscribed. Thanks so much.

Love your video!! I was looking for a quick project for some last minute Christmas gifts and you have helped me! Very clear instruction!! Love it. Thanks again!!
To all the haters and complainers, my 6 yr old grand daughter watched the video and figured it out. Only suggestion, next time start with a solid color, the multi was a little busy, but once you changed to the teal, it was easy peazy... Thanks.
Tysm for your comment and support;). Your input about this has been appreciated;)))....and i tysm forsupporting my videos:))))and tell your daughter, Stitchin Stacy says "WTG:)...that she has accomplished something that alot of adults have so many problems with!!!
I was about 4-5 when my great grandmother taught me. I am left handed and she was right handed, so I could sit in front of her and mimic exactly what she did. I tought my granddaughter the same way. Keep them coming, if she can learn from another source I want her to learn as much as she can. I have gotten several decades of enjoyment and stress relief from crocheting and I hope she will too.
Thank you verry much for the video. Really usefull. I crochet along with it, So now i'm going on by myself. Have a good day and I hope you found a save and loving home in Iowa!

Thank you so much for this tutorial video. I've learned a new stitch and pattern thanks to you. Love how much information you give.
happy to have helped and ty for your support:)...Plz LIKE my videos if you don't mind to let me know you did enjoy them!
This is great! I've watched other C2C videos before and been so confused. This is really clear, thanks!
I like how you explain things... Very simple to understand. Thank you.
TYSM for watching:)
I am actually learning from you. Good job!
TY:))).. I try to make crochet simple to learn and fun to be a part of :)))
Thank you for the video, I was anxious because I thought I might not understand c2c but you explain it very well, even if one is german and english is only the second language. :-)
I love how you talk. :-)
I love this pattern, Stacy. Thanks so very much for sharing with everyone. I've done this pattern before but always seem to forget how to start it out when I decide to make another afghan. Having CRS is no fun, lolol
Hey Lynette.. You are very welcome,, keep up the good work :)
You make so much sense for me out of the printed Red Heart Yan pattern....which in my own ineptness, have totally failed to understand and execute! You made it more simple for me! Thank you!
yaya wtg:))) great job:)
Best instructor and easy to follow
Thank you so much
Miss Tessa..Ty so much..I have gotten alot of the same comments to this tutorial..I think many ppl just need to see crochet simplified instead of tech-no-fied..that is what i call it when sometimes it gets a bit overexplained and explained in so many technical worlds..I feel when i explain and instruct, i want you to understand crochet, not spend time on trying to understand the words im using to explain crochet..Does that make sense?...It doesnt havent to be so technical...Glad you enjoyed and ty for the comment!!!

Thank you so much for this amazing pattern. Easy instructions, easy to follow.

I just have to thank you for sharing this beautiful pattern and your great video! I was looking for a pretty pattern to make a baby blanket and this is the perfect one!! I love it, and so far it's turning out beautifully! I wasn't sure how it would work with the really fine, soft baby yarn, but it's the exact look I was hoping for! I love that it's so quick and easy, but yet so lovely and unique looking. Thank you for doing this video, it was exactly what I was looking for!
