I’m a hugger and a very affectionate person and it’s been so hard for me to not feel the human touch . I’ve been quarantining myself for well over a month . And it’s so dang hard not to even touch someone’s hand or brush the hair out of their eyes . Sometimes I will just cuddle with my male or female friends till we drift off to sleep . That’s what this reminds me of . I actually teared up a little . Misty eyed . Thank you so much Tom.

@@DrMoonAtNight I'm officially done with the restrictions, we have a curfew from 21:00 ( 9PM) untill 4.30AM. Only 1 visitor aloud but with irregular shifts etc its hard normally to see people every now and then.. Meanwhile data from people who have been tested has been hi-jacked, we are one of the slowest countries to start vaccination and the list goes on and on

I haven’t touched another person in over two months. I’ve been self quarantining since March 14 and have only been out of my apartment to the grocery store three times since then. Even though these are virtual hugs, I really needed this. I needed it more than I wanted to admit! I almost started crying! I loved your breathing in my ear and found myself matching my breathing to yours. It was very calming. I’m generally an introvert, but even I’m starting to miss human contact. Thank you so much Tom. You made me feel so much better. This was wonderful. You’re wonderful! 💜💜💜

This is my first reply since joining YT many years ago, but I felt the need to say thank you for everything that you are doing. You really are helping people in ways that you might not even realize. I'm one of those. I just discovered your channel today when it popped up in my list.
I've never really known intimacy like the kind you provide. Even back when I was dating, I never had anyone just hug me because he wanted to. It's funny how powerful simple words and sounds can be. I actually cried the first time I heard this video.
I was in a bad place emotionally and physically for a long time. Fortunately that's all behind me now, but there's a whole new set of things to be worried about these days. Thanks to you, I actually feel safe and, yes, loved for the first time in a long time.
Whoever has you in their lives is luckier than they know. The rest of us are lucky to have you doing these videos for us. It's nice to be able to pretend, if only for a little while, that a guy like me could actually get a hug from a guy like you.

I’ve watched ASMR for years & this is the best video I’ve seen, it takes so much skill to make it seem effortless but every trigger is just right (to my ears anyway!)

By the end, I was sweating and shaking in fear, but that's a good thing, as I actually finished the video. I have a strong aversion to touch, especially from men, I am paralyzed in fear. This video and those on your channel are going to help people like me practice/prepare for the real life relationships we hope to have once our pasts no longer cripple our futures.
