  • Jim Harbaugh has won everywhere he's been. From University of San Diego to the 49ers, Jim has had a myriad of winning seasons and culture shifts. Last year Jim finally won a National Championship at Michigan.
The real question is: Can he do it again? Can Jim lift the Chargers out of the depths they plummeted to last season with Staley at head coach?
With Justin Hebert at QB, Jim has a real chance to build a winner. Put Me In, Coach discuss the hopes and dreams of the Chargers.

The Raiders game that got Staley and Telesco fired was the highlight of the season for us Chargers fans 😂

@@putmeincoachpod2024 Raiders fans taunt us about it but I messaged every Raider fan I knew personally to thank them for their service lol.

The week before the Chargers faced the Broncos and lost. The press asked Staley if the team had given up on him and his response was that they hadn’t. That he knew these guys and he was fully confident in his position with the team. The team heard him. Four days later came that Thursday night game versus the Raiders. The team sent the message to the Spanos family and removed ALL DOUBT that they had lost all faith the Staley. Telesco had to go too.

What the Chargers have is a CULTURE problem. They haven’t had a solid culture since Ladainian Tomlinson, Rivers, & Gates. Basically they completely lost their identity after moving to LA. They are so ambiguous and their culture has been transient at best. They have a revolving door over their with players, coaches, and personnel.

Nuh-unh. Sorry, if Fields gets the blame for being a bust then Herbert is too. Consistency, people. Fields had ruclips.net/video/glpaya0xz-4/видео.html for receivers for Two Full Years while Herbert had at least one good one healthy, had _worse_ play-calling, had his own o-line intentionally allow him to Get Sacked ruclips.net/video/FiiK21VzI_o/видео.html & yet somehow got blamed for the defense losing all 3 games in that stretch he led the Bears to being the #1 offense. & then you wanna blame Herbert's & the Chargers' W/L record on 'culture?'
The hypocrisy of NFL fans. It's always a Poor Excuse when cited by other fan bases, always a 100% legit go-to for your own. Fields elevated that roster without receivers. His own teammates stabbed him in the front, really. His own coaches let him & us All Know they never had any intention of trying to win with him.
& somehow Fields got blamed for it all but not this team's QB?
Yeah, this all tracks as 'analysis' among NFL fans.
