i think the shards didnt spawn for me... do I just restart the quest? I'm only able to find one shard after searching for 30 minutes... Edit: nvm, i just clicked on the mirror again and it spawned the rest of the shards

No it’s still available. It can take some time to load in the crystals. If the crystals don’t load then you leave and rejoin to try again :)
