The half albino thing isn't really literal, but it's like a lesser case of albinism. Ginger people's skin is pale due to very little pigment, same for the ginger hair. It's not quite albino, which has no pigment at all and bad health issues, but it's kinda like half way.

MythicGirl2210 David & Billie were known to crack each other up on set, so I don’t doubt that she could have broken character for that moment. The episode Tooth and Claw is a perfect example; they were poking at each other and slapping each other’s arms while smiling nonstop.

They’re both such human and realistic portrayals of people. Everything they say is so genuine and believable. Moffat on the other hand couldn’t grasp dialogue properly so after around series 6, nobody ever spoke like a real human ever again. Just a bunch of quotable nonsense and phrases either designed to sound cool or look good on T shirts

connor harvey I never know how to phrase it. I loved the RTD dialogue, diversity, campiness, grittiness and realism that was just lost as Moffat went on. That’s why turn left is still my favourite episode. So raw and real and heart breaking and Catherine Tate smashes every second
Moffat at least went ahead and showed just how awkward and uncomfortable an actual romantically inclined companion would be at the very start, which I am actually quite fine with because that attraction element never felt right to me. Also, RTD and Moffat don't write the dialogue for every single episode anyway.
I see what you're saying but I gotta disagree. Amy, Rory, and 11 are really my favorite trio through the whole show. I think the episode "The Power of Three" kinda contradicts what you're saying a bit. Not completely, but a bit.
Keith D. Meyers power of three wasnt written by Moffat tho. Moffat was ‘alright’ with characters until the snowmen. That episode and everything after went down hill dialogue wise until literally nobody spoke like a real human anymore and it’s never ever picked back up again

I think this is one of the best doctor companion relationships in new who. They really elevated Rose, and even Jack, to being on equal terms with the Doctor. Nowadays it feels so one-sided

**SPOILER** ahead for those who haven’t seen it:
I’m so glad they found a way to get the Doctor and Rose together and via Donna too. I’m usually not one for TV show relationship... stuff. It usually gets on my nerves. But Who found a way for it not to get annoying.
The metacrisis doctor can grow old with Rose. Aww.
I still wish they could have found a way with Donna for her to remember without dying. Maybe she could have had her time lord abilities mostly suppressed (but that they still protect her and she still has some abilities). Because she’s still a time-lord/human hybrid. That hasn’t gone.
She’s a hybrid living as a human with no idea who she is and what she’s done. Excuse me I’m going to cry in a corner somewhere.
Finally: I love how Rose/Doctor/Donna are linked. In some way Donna is the metacrisis Doctor’s mother (simplest explanation I can think of, it’s not mating of course, but there’s some DNA/something share).
I'm happy they found a way for them to be together too, but I'm not convinced their relationship would work in the long run. Rose fell in love with a guy who took her on amazing adventures, who was plagued with deep secrets and internal conflicts, and who saved the world with every passing moment. That's not the person she ended up with. And I highly doubt she realized it herself, but she was in love with someone who would never allow himself to love her back, someone who would rather keep his distance to protect them both than to expose his own vulnerabilities and force her to put up with the same. The guy who allowed himself to love her is someone who's open about his affections, who hopes for nothing more than a peaceful, uneventful life with his beloved. He may have the same memories as the Doctor, but he's been shaped by different stakes and different experiences, not to mention a bit of the humanity that Donna had given him. He's not the Doctor that Rose had loved.

OwO UwU 10 is better. But 9 is still amazing and has some of the best writing/stories.
11 is great also. 12 is ok for a while but also after that the writing gets a bit meh :(. 13 is full on crap but I think that’s down to the writers.

I finally understand the brilliance in that second scene. Because of the time war, the Doctor was off Earth for a long time, and if this is his first time in London since 1998, he probably wouldn't be aware of the London Eye being a thing.
