The story: Craig was member of Bless The Fall he left because he was alcoholic. He tried to get back but the band refused to let him in again. In that time Ronnie got kicked out from Escape The Fate so they had no singer, Craig joined Escape The Fate and later started his side project: The Word Alive. but later on he got kicked out because the rest of The Word Alive wanted to tour and stuff but they couldn't because Craig was to busy with ETF so now they got Telle as singer! THUMBS UP!
Craig told me HIMself, they blocked him out of the Myspace page, and behind his back the other members acquired former Greeley Estates ( local) vocalist Telly ,plus band wanted to tour and he wasnt for it. zack, used to be with Eyes Set To Kill, I LIKE him yet he can be self serving and said to be not trustworthy/backstabbing
just got from a show with these guys i just got there cd and i relized this wasnt on there they tried to play battle royale and the power went out so they heard some1 shout this so they decided to do this instead it was amazing these guys are really good they played with for today in my hometown which is where for today is from both great bands
he doesn't just jump band to band he left btf for personal issues and he thought he was done with music and had a change of heart but btf never returned his calls. he went on to escape the fate and recieved a call from btf finally offering to take him back but he had already put together the new album with etf and chose to stay with them. the word alive was just a side project but the other guys wanted to tour so they found telle so craig could continue with etf.
not many people know this but this song is about murdering Bless The Fall because the singer craig left BTF and they wouldnt let him back when he wanted back... and it makes sense cause " your heading south for the border" was when BTF went to arizona for a concert and " apology would be to late" they cant say sorry for not letting craig back in...

Damn.. Craig's singing is better then b4 and the screaming and vocals in here are awesome.. I like BTF but den again The word alive music sound is alot better..
Craig left the BTF while they were touring Europe and he said it was so he kid spend more time with his family/daughter. At the same time though ETF was need in a new singer so he joined them and he had started TWA as like a side project but I have also heard that he did want to get back into BTF after leaving and they told him no. I dont know the actual order of events but that is what happened. Sorry for the wall of text.
No, it isn't bad at all. And when I went to see Sky Eats Airplane, TWA was with them, and I chatted with Telle after the show for about half an hour. He's a genuinely nice guy, and he really is concerned about living up to everyone's expectations. He knows that Craig set the bar pretty damn high. He's no Craig, but he's fantastic in his own right. I definitely wasn't let down.
