If not for the (very) situational integral tactical superweapon, I would consider this mech exceptionally disappointing since you're not getting near as much as you'd expect from the only size 3. Just be judicious with which systems you load in before each mission.

Isn't there a way to like daisy chain the difference Mex to be able to shoot further with this chassis like you have your scalp which is the first one away and then it can link up with another one which is a certain amount of way and thanks to those two linking up and then linking up with you you can shoot all that distance away which is way further than you usually can
You've already got a cannon that can one shot any target with enough charge up and more systems than you have points for. Do you really want to see all that cascade? Wait for the mark two in 500 years when they've worked out all the kinks.

Someone heard of nero fighting posaidon and was like.
hell yeah
If not for the (very) situational integral tactical superweapon, I would consider this mech exceptionally disappointing since you're not getting near as much as you'd expect from the only size 3. The limited system points still hurt though.
But if you need a Lancer team to have heavy bombardment capability, Barbarossa is a must. Just be judicious with which systems you load in before each mission.
Ah yes, the Apocalypse Rail, can't wait for the Doomsday Train.
Please do the Manticore next, please!
Meanwhile: Caliban sitting in the corner loading a shotgun giggling
The only problem with Barbrosa is wether it’s no push rule trumps the “this unit is size three for the sake of shoves”
Big toys for big boys!
Okay, so I haven't actually played yet, but since I'm currently preparing a character for my first Lancer group, I can't help but imagine:
BARBAROSSA: Hahaha! Fly you fools! Everything will BURN!
Me: Well, only if you don't move or get knocked back until your next turn.
BARBAROSSA: And who's supposed to move the WALKING MOUNTAIN? You puny thing?! Haha!
Me: No, you're absolutely right, I can't move you. But what if you yourself move before you shoot?
BARBAROSSA: W-... what... why would I- ... ?
Me, smiling in Goblin: Remind me, what's your E-Defense again? :) [initiates Invade: Puppet System]
This is a gun with legs. The “mech” title is just for convenience
So are the karakin trade baronies getting their own video or we doing the mechs first ?
The original notes were being reworked awhile back then fell onto the back burner. Figured going into some of the licenses briefly mentioned in the manufacturer videos would be of interest while that was being worked on. Though it has admittedly fallen on the back back burner for awhile now. Should really give another crack at it.
Isn't there a way to like daisy chain the difference Mex to be able to shoot further with this chassis like you have your scalp which is the first one away and then it can link up with another one which is a certain amount of way and thanks to those two linking up and then linking up with you you can shoot all that distance away which is way further than you usually can
heyyy buddy do you think you could do an in depth vid on either the aunic or the valadores ty !!!!
Do you have any plans on making another video on Magnagothica
Based on the first one, there's not a lot to talk about. Mostly just set dressing for a war game. And not the deep lore of say, Battletech.
*proceeds to blast Bosanska Artiljerija into the comms*
Really love that Sponge Bob reference 😂!!!
While not required, it is recommended that you scream like Goku achieving Super Saiyan 3 while charging the Apocalypse Rail.
I NEED A MINIATURE WARGAME IN THIS SETTING
So who's your twin with the jacket
An Armories Lancer
Barbarossa: When you need a BIGGER gun
Big Gun, Big Boy, Me Like It
So Harrison is NOT trusting a NHP with this then?
You've already got a cannon that can one shot any target with enough charge up and more systems than you have points for. Do you really want to see all that cascade? Wait for the mark two in 500 years when they've worked out all the kinks.
beeg boi make things go boom
Any ideas on how to balance an encounter as a GM against Barb?
Look, I’ve gotta ask, what is the music at the start of the video, I think I need it…
How.... how did you miss the chance to make reference to Heavy.... unless i dont remember another chassis....
Because the IPS-N Drake is much better for that joke, hefting around a rotary cannon.
@bthsr7113 ah, thank you, couldn't remember tbh
