      @knowledgetooster112 zyada kam ka sawal nahi hai, quality kaise hai, digest hota hai ya nahi. Daal mein Carbohydrates bahut zyada hai, jo acheen nahi hai, body ko protein chahiye without carbs. Carbs bad cholesterol mein change ho jate hai. Baat ko samjho. Kuch padha karo.

    ये सब advise बेकार है अगर digestion ठीक नहीं है तो प्रोटीन का absorption ही नहीं होगा प्रोटीन लेना और बीमार कर देगा, पहले फाइबर लेकर low कार्ब diet के साथ थोड़ा veg प्रोटीन खाओ फिर देखो energy 😊

    अच्छा तुम लोग प्रोटीन का स्रोत ज़्यादातर मांस ही दिखाते हो। अगर कोई वेजिटेरियन है तब उसकी मांसपेशियों और भी कमजोर हो जाएंगी। मांस का ऑल्टरनेटिव भी बताया करो। Although im former meat eater but i left eating meat, fish.
