Due to the imbalance of the team's remaining composition, Saxton Hale stuck all the consumable items the company sold into a blender, and then force-fed it to Sniper, making the former support class a front line fighter... Despite this, the fight against the Combine will be a long and difficult one...
Their best bet would be to got to ground as soon as the Seven Hour War begins. Mann Co. are good, but not *that* good. The CPs and human soldiers? Yeah, they can fight those once the high-level stuff pulls out.
I'm pretty sure the Combine invading TF2 would be the biggest mistake of their now short lives. Saxton Hale alone would have a parade slapping folks left and right
at least when the enemy team completely sucks at dodging you or are dumb enough to run straight towards you (i wanna thank all demoknight players who think snipers don't have a reaction time fast enough to kill them before the charge ends) otherwise it's just a cycle of getting a cu¿ouple of kills and then dying to a rage spy or rage scout that come behind you
I just wanna take a moment to say this animation is everything what SFM should be. Combining different characters from different games, and making something creative and original. Keep up the good work, with your highly skilled animation style you deserve way more subscribers.
Pretty good. It was rough in some ways, and incredibly silly at a lot of points, but it was fun! My favorite parts were when it was more like the game with the way the camera was used, and certain specific animations. Blade Mode cam, the yellow flash for special unblockable animations, the shield bash, all of it was fun. Also, that 9/11 joke at the end is very in tune with Sundowner.

I love how its *full* fight unlike most sundowner in different game styles animations where he is just at pre battle cutscene, this animation even has music like in game where its instrumental before boss goes into 2 phase
When I clicked on this I thought it'd be a video of a combine heavy recreating the intro to the sundowner bossfight. I wasn't expecting a whole animated fight in decent quality, this made me feel like a child again for some reason. Back when I wanted to see every sfm creator make 2 minute long fight scenes without realizing how hard it was to animate this stuff. Thank you for actually making something I always wanted as a child.
If you want some criticism, then I would say that in some places animation and poses look a bit weird, and some scenes feel like they are too quick (specifically Combinedowner jumping off for a pillar). Other than that, a marvelous job, never seen somebody animate the whole fight and add some of your own scenes. A solid 9/10!
I can only imagine Senator Armstrong being something like Gabe Newell; alongside this Combine Charger out of Sundowner...in a Valve knockoff for Metal Gear Rising.
I always loves SFM rendition of original scene,but to be honest,it would've been perfect if Gordon is the one instead of Sniper,because the choice is obviously for the sake of fitting instead of funny and both are like,from you know,Half Life?
Imagine if the exo suit panels could refract light as the arms follow the attacker. In a way that blinded the attacker, or gave the combine brief invisibility.
This is fucking awesome, the camera angles, the animation, the attention to detail (you even added the yellow flash for unparryable attacks holy shit), it's all fantastic. As a fan of MGR, Half-Life, and TF2 this greatly pleases me.
Terrific work in replicating the boss fight. You even added in the constant backing up by Sundowner to which I found was done mainly before you would hit a counter-parry that would instantly kill him on the higher difficulties if you still managed to hit him.

The sound design of this whole thing was bloody fantastic. The effective use of the helicopter lighting to mimic the shadows that the original fight presented also showcased your scene building capabilities. Positively great work my guy.
