Heidi thank you for this. I have started collecting these and was excited to see you feature them so I could see them side by side and add to my wish list!
You are so welcome!
It's on my list this year. It's fantastic to see them all side by side!
Yes, when i was walking through the greenhouse I thought a side by side video would be perfect.
Heuchera is the most useful plant in my garden. It gives the constant color that I want.
Yes it does!
Which zone are you in may I ask? We have pretty cold and wet conditions in Northern UK and id like to plant varieties suitable for this climate. Thank you!
So excited to pickup my order and shop, shop shop!
We are excited and cant wait to see you this spring!
Many of these Heuchera will add lovely color to my shade garden. Thanks, Heidi!❤
You are so welcome! Glad to help color up your shade.
Wild berry is still my favorite. I love mine. It’s so resilient.
It is a great plant!
All my PW and many other heuchera are in that 3rd + year and they are huge this spring and beautiful; most I purchased as quarts it was so worth it!
Thanks for the feedback. They do an amazing job.
I love any of the chartreuse heuchera, but I think my favorite now is the Wild Rose. I ordered several from you in the Fall and they were pretty winter interest for me here in southern NJ. I can see fresh new leaves forming. Looking forward to a beautiful Spring!
Wild Rose is one of the most popular. That rosy pinkish purple is unmatched.
This was really helpful! Thank you!
Thanks for watching. Subscribe for more beneficial videos like this.
I love these! But so do the bunnies. It's their favorite early spring treat.
That can be true. It is hit and miss in my garden.
Wow Heidi 🌺. Wonderful and beautiful color of heuchera plants in green house . I lovet .Have a great day .
And with the sun out it makes everything smile just a lighter brighter.
Thank you for showcasing all the varieties! I'm a recent subscriber and have really been enjoying your videos! 😊
Welcome! Thank you for watching.
Great comparison video. Wish I had room for one of each color.
That would be such a cool collection of color.
Gorgeous
Thank you
Nice to be able to compare side by side!
Thank you!
I just discovered heuchera last year when I bought a pistachio ambrosia on clearance, beautiful I love the foliage, I have very little shade though and live in zone 9 Alabama so i have to be cautious with them.
Yes especially the lighter colored ones in the sun.
I have more than 1/2 these variety in my north west Michigan garden, time for me to make some permanent plant tags!
I bet your garden looks beautiful!
@@gardencrossings thanks, it does, and I am grateful to you and other content creators that have guided my gardening journey since retirement in 2019. Also, I KNEW I had more heuchera, but I was wrong, I have PW heucherella in my collection, too, including Hopscotch and Red Rover.
Stunning colours ! Are Heucheras known to be bunny resistant ,and some okay in full sun. If so,will change some to our front bed for lovely varying colours all season, instead of more work flowers ? to leave for our family to take care of later. Thks.again,Heidi. 🌈
Yes some Heuchera can be grown in full sun. It will depend on the variety and where you are located. The bunnies tend to leave mine alone, but others say that the rabbits eat theirs.
@@gardencrossings They have not touched our part shade ones...so far 😊
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Thanks for watching.
I found that the purple shades of coral bells can't take the summer sun in Nashville TN. The peachy ones do better. Can you suggest other ones that still thrive in the hot sun? Even partial shade seems to get to the purple ones. Thx.
The general rule of thumb is the lighter the plant the less sun it can take. The ones we currently carry handle the sun very well.
Just when i decided no more heuchura, you feature all these beautiful ones. They really dont thrive here. I have every color you showed. Some are proven winners some not.😊
Heuchera like to have soil more on the dry side. See if that may help.
I recently planted a few of these in my shade garden. And I have drip irrigation and I put a half gallon an hour emitter on each one. Is this enough? Is it too much? What are their moisture needs? I’m really hoping for success. I figured you would know.
Heuchera like to be on the drier side. They did great in my garden until we put under ground sprinkling in and then it was too wet for them.
