Inmate escapes from Veron C Bain Center (the barge) NYC correctional facility

An inmate is reported to have escaped from the Veron C Bain correction of facility known as the barge. according to radio transmission obtained from scanners of the inmate is said to have been Missing between 12 AM and 5 AM. Inmate reportedly had a broken window which from he escaped and possibly jumped in the water. NYPD aviation unit was called to canvas the area and found negative results.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public's assistance locating the individual in the attached photo who escaped from Department of Corrections custody in the confines of the 41 Precinct. The details are as follows:
On Saturday, July 10, 2021 at approximately 0415 hours, the individual below did escape from New York City Correctional Detention located at 1 Halleck Street and fled in unknown direction.
The individual has been identified as:
Mordukhaev, David
30-year-old male
