@@DamienAlexander-Ducroix We already know that killing whoever turned you won't undo it, so it has to be the hard way. In most media a cure tends to come in the form of a potion that is extremely hard to create and sometimes its just a one-off. It could be a specific rite, a journey to hell to retrieve a soul (though vampires seem to have souls)... Only time will tell. Maybe that'll be the plot or subplot of season 3!
Both light and darkness are two sides of the same coin. When imagined as a pair of scales, one side seems to always tip heavier than the other at times. But because they are two sides of the same coin, when one side grows strong, so too does the other grow stronger in response. No matter how dark it gets, even the most dim and faint of lights will shine bright in contrast to the consuming darkness around it. Naturally, it works the same way. When the light shines too bright and boundless. Tall and strong, shall the shadow cast upon the world.
Lot of people are still kinda freaked out and unsure as to why Tera taught her the dark magic Well She’s still her mother and knows Maria needed guidance plus she has taught her magic from the beginning and it’s better for her to be exposed to this and learn to control it/overcome it rather than her not and have no exposure then it take control in a random moment Problem was it backfired Maria went full throttle and killed her father sending her down the path Here she learned to move forward and focus on the good in her life but that doesn’t mean the darkness is gone My theory is that because in the game Richter is controlled but wasn’t here the next 2 seasons are gonna complete the story and it’s either gonna be Tera or Maria controlled by Old man coyote Also someone else mentioned in the game there’s a character EXACTLY like him and that after you beat him a cross flips and what happened the first time we saw him… The melted cross in the church flipped before he claimed Abbot I think this character in the game is going to be revealed in the show to be an ancient god from the Aztecs that Olrox knows of and he will take over Tera (as it looks like he’s already started influencing her at least pushing her to explore her bloodlust more) and Maria since he saw the power she holds and was robbed of a soul with Misraks being turned into a Vamp
I also suspect Tera's innate darkness as a Vampire took over. The way they kept showing Tera during the training as so cold, I suspect was on purpose especially her reaction to seeing the Abbott died. She probably, subconciously, wanted Maria to kill the Abbott and that is just due to not being in control fully. It was really well done IMO and honestly Maria's episode being so dark was such a good point of the season.
@ EXACTLY being a vampire is considered a violation of nature so it would automatically lead to darker intentions subconsciously or consciously I just like how they showed Tera still trying to fight that darkness
Lazy to write this expression of her powers as being inherently evil imo, especially since it's stated that she's just harnessing a part of the emotions they share to control them. Grief and anger deserve to be felt and expressed like any other emotion, so long as it's healthy. I hope to see more of the wolf and the other creatures she summoned.
i feel like they were more of revenge and dark thoughts, not necessarily anger and grief. although they probably should've expanded that it was okay to feel those emotions
I kinda like how Maria's arc explores the healthy vs. unhealthy expression of grief and anger. She starts off consumed by revenge, but reconnecting with her core (symbolized by the white tiger) allows her to use those emotions constructively. I mean she does uses those emotions against vampires and the victims. Plus the parallel with Juste's own experience with loss adds so much depth to their interactions. Although it'll be cool to see the wolf again along with the tiger like yin and yang
I don't think they showed her powers as being inherently evil? Quite contrary they showed her power is inherently good if anything because she is a good person but her actions and intent is what made them evil. The dragon is depicted in a western form first when used for evil (like the other animals) but when she got control of her emotions the dragon never changed appearence like the other ones did or drastically which is visual tell of her being in control and her powers never inherently being evil.
The dark creatures aren't inherently evil. They're just erratic, violent, and unpredictable just like when someone's angry and sporadic. The reason why they seem evil is because Maria used them in brutal ways she's never had before. Like everyone's powers, she has to learn to control them and her emotions associated with them. She's not getting rid of them. Just stowing them away until she can grow as a sorceress.
There's always darkness in us. And it can be our enemy, or our friend.

Edgy ahh
Maria is still grieving
>Tera in full sunlight with light reflecting over her eyes
Well, she'll never be able to do that again, but at least she can bask in the moonlight.
I wonder if there's a cure for vampirism in the Castlevania universe
@@keyspirits95 I think there is. But if vampirism could be solved with a "off/on" switch, it would make it too easy to deal with.

0:48 so adorably cute!!😊💖💕
You can't have light unless you understand what darkness is. By coming to terms with the darkness you rediscover why you covet the light so much.
Inner Maria: "I WILL BE WITH YOU ALWAYS... ALWAYS..."
Maria is grieving her mother 's death.

Well, her undeath. She's got no pulse, no breathe, no focus or moisture in her dead eyes, no flush in her cheeks.....but she still has feelings.

You can never undo a murder.
Lot of people are still kinda freaked out and unsure as to why Tera taught her the dark magic
Well
She’s still her mother and knows Maria needed guidance plus she has taught her magic from the beginning and it’s better for her to be exposed to this and learn to control it/overcome it rather than her not and have no exposure then it take control in a random moment
Problem was it backfired Maria went full throttle and killed her father sending her down the path
Here she learned to move forward and focus on the good in her life but that doesn’t mean the darkness is gone
My theory is that because in the game Richter is controlled but wasn’t here the next 2 seasons are gonna complete the story and it’s either gonna be Tera or Maria controlled by Old man coyote
Also someone else mentioned in the game there’s a character EXACTLY like him and that after you beat him a cross flips and what happened the first time we saw him…
The melted cross in the church flipped before he claimed Abbot
I think this character in the game is going to be revealed in the show to be an ancient god from the Aztecs that Olrox knows of and he will take over Tera (as it looks like he’s already started influencing her at least pushing her to explore her bloodlust more) and Maria since he saw the power she holds and was robbed of a soul with Misraks being turned into a Vamp

The dark side resemble Western creatures
The light side resemble eastern creatures
Considering the creators are antiwhite commies no surprise.
For examples?, I don't recognize the creatures she used when she's angry, and I don't where mithology is come from
I like at the end the Dragon remined western by design but she was able to control which shows her being more intuned with her emotions
how and where? I didn't see that shit all
Stop causing more hatred to spread.
