Hi Morrie, it appears that Jose Franch-Ballester doesn't play with anything on his teeth. I'm sure you were there in the room with him. Can you confirm? In general do the clarinetists you work with play with paper/ezo/etc. on their bottom teeth? I'm just curious for saxophonists. By the way, I love all the high-quality content you're putting out. It's so helpful for the music community! I wish I played clarinet so I could try all of your offerings.
A clarinetist who bites a lot is like a singer who sings from the throat: they don't know what it means to sing/play from the diaphragm. The biter is always tense and uncomfortable; lacks beauty of tone and dynamics; he chokes off the tone.
hello there, i dont mean to force my religion on you at all. but Jesus is the messiah. he is the lord and savior of the world. please turn to him and repent from your sins! let's worship the Lord together!! Amen! Glory to the Lord almighty

Thank you so much!! =))
I think for better understanding, you have to show a picture of the tongue positions, the right way and the wrong way.

Hi! When i make the "hee" tongue position, i just can get no useful sound, only squeaks.
Very good, you are in the correct way. Continue, persist, do not give up.

Eduardo, it could be problematic if an Hispanic wants other people to concentrate: Focus! Focus!
