How the f did you know I'm looking for shoes! YES!!! And auburn/red is such a great color on you. And speaking of orange, cross the strap across the front and tie in the back. More support Jean slippers are excellent in-house shoes -- you know, outdoor shoes, indoor shoes (like it makes a difference on my dog air and sand-covered floors) Around the pool shoes at a resort or on a cruise -- for the pom poms & the crochet accent. As always, love animal print on you -- and look fabulous. And now I'm looking at your toes -- do NOT look at mine, there's some history there... The diamante flats would be bomb tossed into an evening bag for a party so you have your high heels for the photos and these flats for the rest of the night. The multi-chrome slippers are gorgeous and just went on my wish list. And I know to size up. They look great on your but 1/2 size to a whole size -- just too small! Bummer about the shoes -- can you return them? I have used some adhesive on some thongs but only after wearing them for a while and get wet, stretched, etc. Not into the grandma crochet squares look, it takes the vibe to an extreme and over the edge. At my age now, heels are only comfortable if they have some height (platform) in the front so my heel 👠 is not at a steep incline, oh and cushion support or I add clear insert cushion for my feet.
I felt this 100%!! comfort matters, I prefer no heels anymore but I’ll throw some on for a quick picture 😆 I’ll have to look into what you mentioned for support.
@@simplymzkira Dollar Tree, Daiso (a Japanese chain dollar store), and most likely Temu sell a variety of foot inserts some that support for the ball of the foot, the heel area, the arch, etc. So instead of putting a whole insert I usually add the area of support where I need it. For sandals well I've only done it on 2 pairs of Shein shoes. The first pair were open-toe "espadrille" wedges that had no cushion, I used a nude "memory" foam insert (I cut it down) you can't see it when you wear the shoe but you can when the shoe is off (I don't mind what you can see when they're off). The 2nd pair were clear kitten heels, I used the clear "gel" like cushion support (2 separate pieces sold separately at dollar stores) on the heel and ball of the foot because during the summer (in California) my feet get hot and swell up so it provides some comfort. The way I see it, if I have an uncomfortable shoe, adding cushion/support is either going to help or not and if it doesn't then the shoe has to go (unless it's high end designer then I'll bare the pain with some alcohol 🍷🍸🍹of course 😁).
