Point 16 mein jo photo with undertaking k bara mein likha hai. Wo please bataiye.
If your photo or date on the photograph is not properly visible you should carry your photographs. Undertaking form will be there itself.
But in any case, even if your photographs are visible and all you must carry your photographs and photo id in the exam. They can be needed.
Thank you so much Sir. I have not mentioned the name and date of photograph in my form. In that case I will have to take 2 photographs with date and name on it. (I will also take photo id card and admit card.) Am I right?

Yes do that. And to save time you should write a simple application that you are carrying dated photographs and all and be allowed to write exam. And apne allotted room me jate ke sath give it to the examiner.
Otherwise they will ask you to do this during the exam which will kill time.
