I like my drama in small dosage. I don't like my drama in large daily doses that can be avoided by not being dumb like Nijisanji this month. It is now mentally taxing
Ever since Pomu left, I look at NijiEN and just get this feeling of emptiness. It looks so wrong without her. It's like Super Mario without Mario, Pokémon without Pikachu, SpongeBob SquarePants without SpongeBob, etc. If this branch doesn't get merged into the main branch by the end of this year, that will actually be its only miracle, but I'm not holding my breath. It's gonna happen sooner or later.
honestly the fact that one of their first EN vtubers left that was immediately a major concern. That really shows that whatever Nijisanji was providing her was not enough to sway her into staying any longer. Some people might attribute that as no loyalty, I'd say it just means that the company has no more cards to hold you over
@@silverdededestruction2197 Not even just that. Most Vtubers in niji are hololive rejects or just want to be in a company, Pomu was actually a huge NijisanjiJP fan before she became pomu.
@@brownsugarissupreme tho i felt happy that nina left and went to other agency, she was even surprised about the other agency's better management, when she joined there.
Honestly i'm a big fan of the comms-theory... it makes perfect sense when you realize they pay EVERYONE lawyers included, minimum wage. A single mis-understanding perpetuated internally changes a macro narrative.
the big flaw of the comms theory is that it's trying to prove that there's no malice- which, and as much of a believer in hanlon's razor as I am- just simply isnt possible when you take into account that they MADE A PRE-RECORDED STREAM and INTENTIONALLY released it *DURING* doki's stream. Like, there's no way you can just accidentally sabotage someone's stream with character assassination like that. It's not a mistake you can just make. They had obviously been paying attention to every single move she was making, they KNEW she was going to be streaming and still chose to pull the trigger.
@@ihave2cows also it assumes way too much incompetence on the japanese niji lawyers to misread the document that selen's lawyer sent them written in japanese. Its much more likely that they tried to get one over on selen by utilizing differences in japanese law and the fact that selen would likely never sue and is still under NDA.
@@ihave2cows maybe Niji is hands off for the EN side of things and letting the "Management" of EN to work on it Tazumi probably only heard about it after they fuck up Kind of like what happened with Sega and Hyenas being a very hands off project.
Niji's pattern is that they expected Selen to pull a Zaion but she didn't, so they prepared a counterattack against nonexistent attack and end up blowing hot air, wasting trust and goodwill.
@@ihave2cows comms theory dont necessary entails no malice. They make a slip up (comms theory) but also have anger towards Selen, so the pre-recorded stream realeased during Doki's stream.
If there’s anything good about this drama, is that Doki earned all her money back in one stream and almost no one supports Nijisanji anymore. Also, content creators like Khyo, False, and especially Rima have been getting more attention in a positive way (in my opinion at least), and I love it.
@@ps4pro668I hate to say this but you can't remove the "NIJISANJI" in the name of the livers. It's like a curse that can't be remove unless you're gone or reincarnate into a new form.
Generally speaking, I don't like drama and tend to not engage with it beyond knowing the available facts. This Nijisanji situation is a different cup of tea though, and it makes me feel conflicted. On one hand, everything that is happening to Nijisanji and especially NijiEN, including Doki's rise, feels like karmic justice after a whole year of more and more shit being swept under the rug. But I'm trying to remind myself as often as possible, that there are actual people involved, many of whom are innocent bystanders caught in careless friendly fire.
*Nijisanji: Dropped another drama* Rima, FalseEye, Khyo, Rev, HeroHei, Nousagi: *It's a Free Real Estate* Meanwhile Parrot: *"Ahh, shit, here we go again"*
This is all a grand display of character in times of corporate crisis. The horrible, frantic PR statements. The avoidance of humane responses to the situation from peers in the company. The cracks forming in the demeanor of talents under scrutiny. This is not drama, this is exposure.
The only thing that holds Nijisanji together is the defamation law in Japan. I think they have their fair share of drama in JP side but it is much harder for victims to speak out without legal consequences. But they can't do much abroad, hence what happened to other branches, all of them. So in a way Nijisanji IS the law.
This is what I think as well. They have gotten away with murder time and time again in JP because; First nobody was willing to pay the price of a lawsuit to tell the truth. Second, there has never been and never will be a unified front of fans standing for a talent, not only because the business model pushes for interest and identity atomization but also, because nobody knows what's going on with the rest. And third, because the well being of the collective, the obsession with discipline and the ideal of conforming to the norm is ingrained in their culture. Not Even Lulu and Chihiro leaving with such heavy statements left an impression on them.
@@acceltoine What did chihiro say? I know from lulu she basically said the company was doing jack shit on her harassment and stalking but what did chihiro say/do apart from streaming a day after she graduated?
@@pineapplekun8769 Something very similar to Lulu minus the stalkers but plus mismanagement career wise in terms of lacking opportunities, commercial deals and difficulties getting perms. IIRC her most vocal claims outside of membership streams were during the latest earthquake in JP were she said she couldn't care less about getting in trouble with management or about her public image for streaming during the disaster since she was leaving the next month and the entire lawsuit debacle against harassers she had no help or material support for already turned things on their head anyways.
@@acceltoine oh damn that's some heavy stuff in its own right, but just between us do you have any juice on her membership streams that she might've said?
Yup, this is especially true since most of the drama come specifically from the fact people were able to go back and find past evidence of the shitty behavior turning one incident that could have been swept under the rug into a massive laundry list of offenses.
Unfortunately that requires real management, something NijiEN does not have. It doesn't help that Anycolor has no interest in attracting real management with the offer of subpar pay.
I gotta agree, this PR disaster is a gold mine for content, but realistically I hope it ends soon. Doki was definitely right when she said the Internet was a cruel place. You make a mistake and millions of eyes will be upon you
I believe it'll be impossible for the company to move forward until they address two things: 1) By now everyone's familiar with "the grand unifying rrat," and while it's simply a theory, there's one specific aspect it's based on that needs to be addressed: *Elira's merch count.* It is exceedingly odd for any company to show such clear preferential treatment for a talent that isn't a top earner, to the point I and I'm sure many others refuse to believe there isn't *something* corrupt going on around Elira, either by her own hand or by the hands of JP managers that favor her. Nijisanji actively needs to comment, explain how the situation ever unfolded, and provide some reason why we can expect any concerns of corruption or preferential treatment to be dealt with now. If they do not do this, it gives the impression they haven't actually gotten to the bottom of or investigated anything, and how is anyone supposed to believe the company will improve if they can't showcase that...? Blindly throwing Elira under the bus as a scapegoat without giving clear reason why she was terminated probably wouldn't work either, because people have become allergic to terminations. This means that they need to be able to prove they truly did their homework and investigated the situation in full if they truly want people to trust them. *2) Shadow bans and posting on social media while posing as the talents needs to stop entirely,* and they need to promise it'll stop. Nijisanji is witnessing the problem as we speak: the public simply doesn't trust any statement remotely controversial was actually said by the talents themselves, (yknow, except the really dumb stuff like Uki's; no business would do that) and they likewise get nervous if a talent is gone for too long on "vacation" or whatever. Until they come forth and promise both practices will stop, people will continue to second-guess if things have truly improved and if the talents are truly happy, not to mention they'll struggle to deduce what their talents actually believe and what they don't. I mean, people are questioning if Vivi's involvement with the whole "support artists" schtick is actually organic, because the account she responded to was new with no activity. That right there shows how it's impossible for them to move forward and be taken seriously while people still second-guess their every move.
A lot of Niji livers are racist. Or at least prejudice. This isn’t new. So many livers have been caught saying out of pocket shit. Only to apologize by saying “oopsie!!!”. It’s crazy that people are only just now starting to care.
@@SergioLeonardoCornejo I have no idea. I just know that Finana is... well I'd rather not say what I think of her. Let's just say telling your viewers to "educate" themselves is perhaps not the best idea. I remember how her simps defended her.
Do I like drama? Absolutely not, but it is often a train wreck that's hard to look away from. I genuinely wish drama was eradicated globally, and that everyone could just get along.
'Drama' is typically what happens when people push boundaries, take risks, and fail. Some of it is healthy, as otherwise we as a society would never change for the better. It's all based on *which* boundaries are being pushed.
I used to be a niji fan. Hell, before I fell so hard for Fauna, I was a luxiembro. The yacht started sinking for me starting with Finana's twitter pandering. That made me go "Hololive talents never talked down to me, or any other fans like this." Only ever watching Pomu for the girls, and Mysta for the boys since. Then Tempus debuted, and then basically i was Hololive + indies all the way. Then TSB happened and I lightened up for Selen. Then Mysta graduated. Then the Selen fiasco. Ngl, when DN descrubed people who were gonna keep their eye on Nijisanji, I am one of those - one of those who will be waiting for another chance to dunk on this black company.
@@tastethecock5203 see, she banned the word "trap" on her stream. Pretty weird but hey, her stream her rules. The issue is when some people said "trap" isnt a slur, or a bad word, she took to twitter and talked down the people who questioned her decision, telling them to go "educate yourselves."

Before this debacle, I've only watch clips of selen and mika. I think what made me invested is the fact that I used to be a victim of bullying, so I'm just rooting for Doki. :')
I was never really bullied before (definitely not to this extent at least) but I have had my whole life turned upside down before and have even made an attempt before when everything became too much for me so having to see Doki go through the same thing combined with the bullying and betrayal really hits home for me! I will never support that company again not en jp or anything else
Stay strong my friend. The sun will shine once again. I too was a victim of bullying/harassment. I was gaslit to believing my reactions and emotions (of anger and sadness) are unwarranted. I even still suffer from it. I don't know if my feelings of anger and sadness are valid anymore.
Niji deserves to be farmed hahah hope a lot of aspiring vtubers audition their just to use niji as a stepping stone for 3months to build a community before going indie or applying to a better company haha
Nah i don't think it's worth it anymore, big chance that niji would start making their initial contract to be longer, for example forbid talent to resign for at least 1-2 year. Thay way they can milk them dry first and literally made their life dependent on niji.
I'm sure that the 3 streamers involved knew exactly what they were doing and truly volunteered to do their stream. I believe whatever lives/jobs they had BEFORE NiJiKuro was an experience they REFUSE to return to (Ex. "I'll NEVER be a Waiter/Waitress ever again!!! I already told my old friends off, I CAN'T go back now...!!!" There are people like that who will do anything to anyone to get ahead.
Just be an indie like all the others that left kurosanji. It wouldve gone fine. Instead they ruined any chance to ever be successful in this industry forever. People dont forget this type of behaviour.
Retail sucks, I get it, but none of this PR the Nijisanji is perpetuating was necessary, nor was it the best PR move for them to make. I don't have anything against Nijisanji vtubers but did Elira really have to pour gasoline on the dumpster fire with that stunt she did, voluntold or otherwise? All the company had to do was lay low. Just move on, get back to good vibes and continue to sedate the fans with mindless para social content.
Nijisanji is a billions Yen company and one of the giant of the industry. It's cop out or some phrase. More like a rat out. Nijisanji used EN talents account to hide behind them cuz they are incompetent af. I don't blame Eli Pandora cuz she said she volunteered which is pretty Sus. Vox on the other hand, a rat.
@@luminous3558Especially for Vox. He's one of their BIGGEST talents, with more than enough nutjobs who would follow him wherever he went. However, he's also one of the most favored, and both Elira and Ike are also made. This wasn't about protecting their bottom line. It was about protecting their privilege.
I'll be in Japan on vacation but I did not manage to get tickets. Lost 9 of the lotteries (expo + concert) and then general sales were gone by the time I checked. I tried.
People just have a lot of built-up resentment towards Nijisanji, who has been a black company forever, but always got away because of its die-hard fandom And no, the livers aren't innocent either, people have known NijisanjiEN are filled with toxic talents, from the leaked discord messages of them shitting on Hololive (which aged like milk), or how they encouraged harrassment and bullying on Zaion (which was so disgusting for me, even more disgusting how the fandom accepted it), and just the genral toxic attitude of them (like Uki's racist jokes or Enna), so this is also that built-up resentment exploding
Nijisanji has always been rotten and poorly managed. I will always bring up Raito Shindou as an example, and it will always be a showcase about how not doing proper history checks nearly led him to doxxing some of their vtubers and nearly drugging and raping them based on his plans
@@silverdededestruction2197 this! People who watched Nijisanji JP have been speaking since the start of the EN branch how the main branch was being handled. I don't know why anyone is shocked. Also...there is the fate of the Korean and Indonesian Branch as background
Not to detract too much, but I’d like to spare Ren from some of the scrutiny since he was the one guy at the time who spoke against harassing Zaion openly. We would’ve benefitted more at the time to either say nothing or join the dogpile, rather than do what he actually did and try to stem the waves of hate from his end. On that note, I was completely baffled by how Zaion was allowed to be harassed and doxxed while she was still with Niji since the company made that big deal about standing against harassment of their talents in a joint statement with hololive the year prior. Absolutely messed up.
I got my fill around the drama, but about when that lawyer guy hopped on, i didnt want to add to the farming. I wanna know whats happening, but IMO it’s been in the playing field of real lawyers who practice law in the relevant jurisdiction for a while now. Things ratcheted up too fast when all we wanted was an accurate picture.
Their current model relay on getting a lot of new talent, so it'll be hard to get new folks to join them if they do a bit of research about the company name. Sure there's some die hard fans but getting them to be your talent will be a disaster waiting for it to blow.
Sadly even tiny scam vtuber agencies get 100 applications within a day so they wont ever truly run dry. However they will lose a few high quality indies that will just remain indie now.
On the fanartist side, it's also gone literally hostile. At best, even several notable fanartist like Kay Yu, Luwud, and Oimo Buster have disavowed the company. Oimo is even redirecting IIRC at least some or most of the profits from her Selen stuff towards mental health charities. And on the smaller end it means more indie devs who are vtuber fans outright denying game perms, fan artists stopping from drawing assets and refusing to take commissions because of how the company operates and how much they keep trying to not pay people, and the worst is that a fanartist made a thread of how outright hostile people were towards them when those people saw that they sold Niji fanmerch. Like you said, it's a permanent black mark. And in my opinion nothing short of absolute financial ruin and loss or even burning down the whole company to rebuild it will even hope to cover it up.
DN I always come back for your vids. Your videos are always well thought out, well researched, and well articulated. Definitely the best quality in your corner of RUclips.
It may continue, drunk bunny. PDR - a japanese channel has explained to the japanese audience everything in a nutshell within 21 minutes and contrary to belief... The Japanese audience is just as pissed as the western audience. To note: Some knew there was something going on with NijiEN, but didn't understand english so they didn't really understand. and Some did not even know NIjiEN even existed. Both upon learning of the details in japanese... are absolutely disgusted by Nijisanji, and some of the comments have said they've also seen signs of what's going on in NijiEN happening in the main branch. The main culprit the Japanese audience are blaming: Management (or the lack of it)
There’s also a Taiwanese commentator, RHM, who covered the termination fiasco in Cantonese/Mandarin and I’m hoping his video gets reposted to Bilibili so that Niji’s Chinese audience gains enough awareness of Doki’s situation to take the company to task.
The internet has learned you can get views covering Nijisanji drama. This means they'll be under a microscope for the foreseeable future, and even smaller yabs will get wide traction. A well run company could use this as impetus to do better and grow their audience. Rise from the ashes like vshojo did. But that would require Niji to change their business model, switching from profitability to growth, and considering they prefered to close their IN, KR, and ID branches instead of overhauling them, I don't think that will happen. On a sidenote: I don't believe the GUrrat and the Coms rrat are mutually exclusive. Both can be true at the same time, or neither.

Im not sure this is drama per se, more i think people just love it when they finally have something worth fighting for, when theres a clear good guy and bad guy people will latch onto it.
I think you're right, personally while it was happening I found it to be kind of a break from actual news which is depressing and complicated. It was a very simple good guy/bad guy story where you got to see a giant company parading around in clown make-up tripping on rakes. But to be honest the anti-niji guys have already gotten almost as toxic as the original niji fandom, so it's stopped being particularly fun or interesting.
1:07 I mean, it still is kinda funny.... in the sense that a slow-motion 30-car pile-up is funny. You know it is horrible. You know people are going to get hurt. You know it is tragic but your mind doesn't want to comprehend it so it resorts to just laughing at the absurdity of the situation. That is pretty much where the whole situation with AnyColor/Nijisanji now sits. It is so tragic and preventable that it has become absurd.
I remember saw a post on r/indonesia (funny they have Indonesian subreddit where Reddit is banned in Indonesia) and there somone making a post asking opinion about Vtuber and some people said "Vtubers content nowdays are so boring, the only thing that makes them interesting is the drama, hence I followed the drama content". That statement , while makes me angry as Vtuber fans, are actually right. Vtuber drama, especiall from this anyocolor but black company, is hella entertaining then the content they give. (No intentended to diss the honest talent there ofc.)
As long as Riku stays captain of the yacht, I have 0 faith in the future of Kurosanji. He needs to step down, and the next CEO needs to purge the EN branch as well its managers. That may sound harsh, but the only way to remove corruption is to give the whole ship a DEEP cleaning. All it takes is one loyalist hold-over from the previous administration to start planting the seeds of the old ways into new employees' minds.
The future Of Niji atleast in the EN is not looking Good, Specialy how public this Gone I doub't anyone would want to Join A Company who has Favoritism, Toxic Co-workers and Bad PR/Management. NijiEN might fall, but I doubt JP will.
Mark my words nijisanji en will not exist in 2 years or less and little people care about joining nijisanji en because no offense look at the last 2 en waves numbers you would expect more numbers joining a big agency and to make things worse whoever the new en members going to have bad because besides the niji sisters nobody will care for there debut. You gotta ask yourself is 30k or 50k subscribers and followers with little superchats and memberships barley getting 1k viewers worth it while you are getting treated like shit by management and potentially getting bullied as well.
Yeah most people won even know or care about the new Niji, I payed little attention to them after the "Yugo graduation", saw Maria and Zion but then the bulletpoint happened and I don't know any new Niji talents that have joined since that.
Also, there's chance that going forward niji gonna be stricter and heavily limiting their talents if there's gonna be any new talents. Their initial contract gonna forbid resigning early I bet, to avoid people joining as a joke/stepping stone only.
nijiJP only stand because they hiding on JP Defamation Law and Headless Hardcore Fans who always defend them no matter what for example ex-Gundou Mirei and ex-Warabeda Meiji said on their first collab on their new persona : "Living on their past company (they didnt said niji name) its like living in Jail, once you make a mistake, the warden will always bring it up and pinning down you just because your fault" and you know what headless hardcore fans respond for that? this example Headless one: "HOW DARE YOU SAY LIKE THAT WHEN ALOT YOUR FRIENDS STILL ACTIVE ON THAT AGENCY" Headless two: "GLAD BOTH OF YOU KICKED FROM COMPANY"
So far, as of 03/31/2024, Dokibird reached 680K subs, surpassing the stupid bird named Enna Alloute. Hope that before the year ends, she'll hit the 1M subscribers surpassing the entire male cash cow of Kurosanji - Luxiem.
I agree with what you said At first I found this really "funny" (it doesn't feel right to say "funny" because there were some dark stuff that really wasn't, but Niji PR was), but now, I really feel bad about all of that... Regarding the future of Niji, first of all Niji will definitely not all t all. Their main branch won't suffer much and only EN will change Regarding the changes... There is a part of me that wants to think they will improve, but yeah, I guess the only thing they will really improve is how they do their PR and their NDA
The first instance that I knew En was crashing is how yugo pretty much disappeared. Even if I didn't care for his content it was weird he just faded away.
Be that as it may, in my opinion everyone at NIJIEN has been suffering for their actions. I wanted to continue supporting victoria and yu but after seeing how they only acted like children when responding to internet trolls it led me to realize that currently everyone in NIJIEN is closing training and protecting themselves but in doing so they are giving way to attitudes that They are not to my liking a shame considering the wonderful potential they both have as content creators
The thing is, their branch is dying anyways. Lack of events, all the creative talents quitting. Their branch now are just game, zatsu, karaoke, crab games, goose goose duck or amongus lmao. I doubt alot of indies will want to collab with them now. All they can do is just rely on each other within the company, but that is if they're not divided within.
I enjoy drama. For me, the dokibird drama is finished. I will watch her career with great interest and am rooting for her success, but since she is unwilling to participate further(which is the correct decision on her part) there really isn't anything more there. But I'm still very much interested in the implosion of NijiEN.
In my eyes this has to be the biggest drama in the history of VTubing, While alot of the Wactor stuff is worse the sheer scale of all this is something I don't think we'll see again until one of the big 3 agencies close down.
I'm so exhausted by all of this. I don't like how the livers are being treated both behind the scenes or by the public. Everyone is under a microscope and it's giving even me anxiety. I only like pomu, uki and kanae. Now that pomu is gone, if uiki leaves I'm fine with dropping kanae. I've always hated the company. I can only hope this disaster opened their eyes but I doubt it
Comrade Nina (if you know, you owned my respect): Pomu, Jesus Pomu Nousagi (6:17): Jesus Christ of Nijisanji; Zaion There can't be two Jesus-s... Jesusses? Jesus? ...Jesi?
This whole "drama" will stunt niji's growth in the west for a long time. I do think if they can get better pr and show some goodwill towards the community they can win back some ex fans, but I think so many people who didnt give a single shit about vtubers outside of our space if they ever enter the vtuber space will have an automatic bias against niji because they remember hearing about this story and it's their only point of reference for nijisanji meanwhile hololive, phase, idol, vshojo and indies in general will have unlimited potential to reach outside of the space and pull in new viewers. nijisanji likely wont die, but they will not be growing in influence anytime soon.
I never supported niji till Sayu, aka zion, moved to niji. But as soon as I found out about what happened to her I diched it immediately and supported sayu
At least someone talked about the milking of drama. I always roll my eyes when I see: "NIJISANJI SITUATION GOT EVEN WORSE" When in reality the only new thing is that a day passed and the dramatuber found some other old opinion/tweet/reactor to repost for the tenth time.
That's what they usually do. They have to dig. But for now, they don't have to because Niji somehow does not want to lay low. For me, A good dramatuber always paces oneself properly and does not like to "pile on" too much unless of course the subject cannot help oneself (Looking at Niji) A bad one brings up old stuff consistently.
It can all be summed up in one simple phrase "dont shoot the messenger". I like false because their coverage is much more in the style of reporting and analysis of facts rather than purely speculative drama, that and their exclusive interviews and doing due diligence on getting supporting evidence from verifiable sources before stating anything as fact and everything else being clearly labelled as opinion or speculative statements by others. They promote looking deeper into things to find the facts before forming an opinion and they actually practice what they preach. Plus all three of them involved in the channel have a great sense of humour that lightens things up but when its a serious situation they take it seriously
Generally, I hate drama. Despite this, I ended up following drama-tubers (and 4chan of all places) because this drama just doesn't stop. Every day for the last month, it feels like I've opened my computer and had to ask for a damage report. I was a big fan of Selen, and viewed a lot of other Niji livers at least somewhat positively. I was blindsided by the Selen termination, graduation was not surprising, but I wasn't expecting her to get Zaion'd. What about Petra, what about Rosemi, what's going on with Ike? It's like an ongoing, constant train wreck. If you take your eyes away for a moment, when you turn back another train car has gone off the rails. Nijisanji is 100% doing this to themselves, and I really, really wish they would just stop.

I felt this when Nina left too
honestly the fact that one of their first EN vtubers left that was immediately a major concern.
That really shows that whatever Nijisanji was providing her was not enough to sway her into staying any longer. Some people might attribute that as no loyalty, I'd say it just means that the company has no more cards to hold you over

This is all a grand display of character in times of corporate crisis. The horrible, frantic PR statements. The avoidance of humane responses to the situation from peers in the company. The cracks forming in the demeanor of talents under scrutiny.
This is not drama, this is exposure.
Exactly 💯.
Those aren't mutually exclusive but the point you make still stands.
Woke people are incapable of avoiding showing others their worst. That's what's happening here.
this reminds me strongly of that titan submersible incident.
If they didn't do so much bullshit, then we wouldn't have to talk about it so much
Yup, this is especially true since most of the drama come specifically from the fact people were able to go back and find past evidence of the shitty behavior turning one incident that could have been swept under the rug into a massive laundry list of offenses.
Unfortunately that requires real management, something NijiEN does not have. It doesn't help that Anycolor has no interest in attracting real management with the offer of subpar pay.
"ANYCOLOR AND THEY CHOSE BLACK!"

I guess that's why he joined lol
I gotta agree, this PR disaster is a gold mine for content, but realistically I hope it ends soon. Doki was definitely right when she said the Internet was a cruel place. You make a mistake and millions of eyes will be upon you
I believe it'll be impossible for the company to move forward until they address two things:
1) By now everyone's familiar with "the grand unifying rrat," and while it's simply a theory, there's one specific aspect it's based on that needs to be addressed: *Elira's merch count.* It is exceedingly odd for any company to show such clear preferential treatment for a talent that isn't a top earner, to the point I and I'm sure many others refuse to believe there isn't *something* corrupt going on around Elira, either by her own hand or by the hands of JP managers that favor her.
I'm just glad Dokibird is being left alone for now. Nijisanji having a racist fairy is one of the funniest things to me.
Ngl a racist fairy sounds funny. Shame Niji struck it first

People just have a lot of built-up resentment towards Nijisanji, who has been a black company forever, but always got away because of its die-hard fandom
And no, the livers aren't innocent either, people have known NijisanjiEN are filled with toxic talents, from the leaked discord messages of them shitting on Hololive (which aged like milk), or how they encouraged harrassment and bullying on Zaion (which was so disgusting for me, even more disgusting how the fandom accepted it), and just the genral toxic attitude of them (like Uki's racist jokes or Enna), so this is also that built-up resentment exploding
Nijisanji has always been rotten and poorly managed.

As interesting as this all is, it is somewhat upsetting to see Niji turning into a corporate sizes lolcow.
Niji: Can we have one day without controversy?
Uki: No.
And in my opinion nothing short of absolute financial ruin and loss or even burning down the whole company to rebuild it will even hope to cover it up.

and
Some did not even know NIjiEN even existed.

At first I found this really "funny" (it doesn't feel right to say "funny" because there were some dark stuff that really wasn't, but Niji PR was), but now, I really feel bad about all of that...
Regarding the future of Niji, first of all Niji will definitely not all t all. Their main branch won't suffer much and only EN will change
Regarding the changes... There is a part of me that wants to think they will improve, but yeah, I guess the only thing they will really improve is how they do their PR and their NDA
It's not drama anymore. When you have experts come in from professional fields add to the discussion, it's become a case study in what NOT to do.
The first instance that I knew En was crashing is how yugo pretty much disappeared. Even if I didn't care for his content it was weird he just faded away.
i still feel bad for Sayu, the vindication didn't undo the harrasement she got, nor the wedge between her & the other talents
Be that as it may, in my opinion everyone at NIJIEN has been suffering for their actions.
I wanted to continue supporting victoria and yu but after seeing how they only acted like children when responding to internet trolls it led me to realize that currently everyone in NIJIEN is closing training and protecting themselves but in doing so they are giving way to attitudes that They are not to my liking
a shame considering the wonderful potential they both have as content creators
Rima "clopped" her way to numbers unseen... LMAO... nice. "I'M NOT A HORSE GIRL!!!"

I was gasulighted so hard, i didn't realize niji was that kind of company until the selen termination disaster
Nijisanji to False and Khyo: you turned them against me!
False and Khyo: you have done that yourself
5:31 "clopped her way?" seriously...
Never beating the 🐎 girl allegations
9:41 yeah. agree.
Thx for the video!
There wouldn't be drama reporting if there was no drama to report. We're literally doing Anakin Obi Wan meme.
In my eyes this has to be the biggest drama in the history of VTubing, While alot of the Wactor stuff is worse the sheer scale of all this is something I don't think we'll see again until one of the big 3 agencies close down.
The yacht continues to burn.
I can only hope this disaster opened their eyes but I doubt it
Comrade Nina (if you know, you owned my respect): Pomu, Jesus Pomu
Nousagi (6:17): Jesus Christ of Nijisanji; Zaion
There can't be two Jesus-s... Jesusses? Jesus?
Love doesn't move the world, money doesn't move the world...DRAMA moves the world.
I liked the yacht line 😩🤌 bravo 👏
I feel called out by your intro statement xD
At least someone talked about the milking of drama. I always roll my eyes when I see: "NIJISANJI SITUATION GOT EVEN WORSE" When in reality the only new thing is that a day passed and the dramatuber found some other old opinion/tweet/reactor to repost for the tenth time.
That's what they usually do. They have to dig. But for now, they don't have to because Niji somehow does not want to lay low.
For me, A good dramatuber always paces oneself properly and does not like to "pile on" too much unless of course the subject cannot help oneself (Looking at Niji)
A bad one brings up old stuff consistently.
Niji poured enough fuel on this fire to fuel a medium sized eurpean country for a year!
