Reminds me of the Karate that remember from the 70s. Appreciate the deep stances and crisp technique. Don't care for the jumping back fists and over reliance on flicking lead roundhouse kicks during the sparring. Makes for a game of tag. What I would like to see are more reverse punches, head coverage and power techniques that carry over to street defense.
