Love your honesty, everybody is thinking on having more & more followers. I barely have followers that buy a cake but I do have customers that come to me every year for their kids cake.♥️and there is where the focus should be.

I’m putting questions here because it’s your recent video.
I’ve seen you bake out of the (for instance) 6x3 type pans. More recently-viewing your ‘cake slice’ video.
I have brand new ‘Fat Daddio’ pans sizes 6x3 to 12x3. I like to ‘have’ all equipment in case I need them one day.
However, I must admit I am terrified of using them as I am used to the standard pans. These are commercial grade.
Can you point me to a video you’ve done or PLEASE do one on how to use these concerning i.e:
    •baking times
•does baking temp need adjusting etc.
•are there certain Cake types this DOESN’T work with?
    •pros vs cons
    (and any other tips)
I have large and small ‘baking nails’ but I can’t bring myself to use these somewhat ‘expensive’ pans (that I’ve had for a year now) because IF- I pull that cake out and that thang ain’t baked properly-I’m liable to stroke straight out!
Please help with this. You have a lot of videos so forgive if I overlooked what I’m looking for.
I appreciate you. New to watching you.
    🙏🏾❤️✌🏽

You are so right repeat customers. I've been in sales for most of my life and repeat customers = referrals too. I have a question about your cakes, do you put sugar water over them? TY for all your videos I am learning so much.

Hi! I have a question regarding the cake jars. In the plastic do they stay fresh as long as sealed glass jars? I seen it say they can last up to 6 months in the glass ones but those seem so difficult to seal to me. Please answer if you’re able to ❤
