I own a Steyr Scout and a Steyr Elite and one must say these rifles are so well made and they are true performers straight out of the box without a gunsmith tinkering with it . . Zephyr II is on my list now, kind of reminds me of the Sako 85 Bavarian Carbine 🥰
@Gott MIt Uns, I agree with everything you said! Steyr produces some amazing firearms! I would encourage you to find a full stock quickly, as I understand it, steyr got stung on the cost to produce vs the market price. I also agree about the bavarian carbine. I picked one up recently in 308 and am excited to get a review done on it.
Yes BEAUTIFUL RIFLE and STOCK. I SURE YOU WILL WANT TO PUT A SCOPE ON IT IN ORDER TO GET THE BEST ACCURACY OUT OF THAT RIFLE ESPECIALLY BECAUSE IT IS A 22MAG. WHICH CAN REACH OUT FURTHER THAN A 22lr. I've got a BRNO # 2 with a 6-24X40AO that I can shoot 12ga shotgun shells at 100 yards, need the 24x to see the shell at that distance.😯😉👍😁
@kyle wolfe, I am certainly lovin the zephyr! I also have a AUG, which is really fun! I don't have any real experience with their pistols tho. I will have to check them out. I hope you can bag a 24 incher!
l wanted to buy one as l also have a Steyr CL II in 3006, but no one had it in Toronto. l ended up with a Sako Finnfire. One is available now but my dish washer is creating trouble now. Also l was checking out CZ magazines can be used in this rile.
@Bikram jeet Sidhu, This would fit in perfectly with your CL II! The Finnfire sounds really amazing too! I hope you were able to get the dishwasher dilemma resolved so you can get back to buying fun stuff! Good luck!
@@Alfalfa61 not yet, the court date is on 22nd of this month. Let's see how it goes. Other than that, l did purchase some good guns and plenty of ammo although not not enough 😉
I have a question. I own a 22lr Steyr rifle. Is it possible to use a 22wmr caliber on it? Steyr Arms Zephyr II .22lr Is it necessary to change the barrel?
@Stump Farm, so sorry! Lol. Try explaining that these are a GREAT investment especially during this nutty economy…see if that works :) I will say, that these are simply a thrill to shoot!
@@rudysroots2789 I have a Leupold EFR on mine and it is outstanding. It is as accurate as my competition target rifles. Mine is the regular stock and I can’t say enough about how perfect it is. The two stage trigger is awesome.
Austrian here. Thanks for the video, you really sold me on the full stock. I love the simplicity and accuracy of these rifles.

If you like their rifles, you should try their pistols... I love my L9. I'd like a Zephyr II, in 22WMR with a 24" tube

Wash your dishes in the sink you muppet and buy the rifle 😆 ( I know this advice may be too late )
I ordered the milled bottom metal from DIP. It is really nice. The rifle is much nicer with it.
Thank you for the comment! I looked them up and they have some cool stuff! All on back order right now. I will keep watching their products.

"Rotary forged" ❤❤
And just when I thought I didn't want another rimfire you go and post this. How in the hell do I explain this to my wife?
You tell her "it's my way or the highway".

@@Alfalfa61, I added one to the collection last fall. Regular stock, love it.

Give her the thousand yard stare.
Walk away.

Nice!

Its called cast off.
@Strutingeagle, thank you for your comment! The cast off on this rifle is nothing short of amazing!
Scope it and show us the accuracy
@Rudy's Root's, will do! I picked up a scope recently and have it mounted. Just need a little time to get it out and get it zeroed.
@@Alfalfa61 I can’t find anyone posting on there accuracy with a scope. I want one honestly
