This read resonates with my current situation a lot. I am currently dissociated from my family who have always seen me in a certain light. When I was younger I rebelled and made a few choices that weren’t seen as right. I do think alot of it was a child hood trauma response which I recognise now. I completely turned my life around and have become the complete opposite of what my past was. Even though I’m doing well and always pushing myself to grow and expand, my family don’t believe it or don’t trust me. I decided to move closer to family to support them and help out with good intentions but it seems that their expectations of me are bigger than what I can manage. I spoke up to express how I was feeling and how my needs were being ignored due to the overwhelming amount of work, stress and anxiety I was suffering from. I asked for some help regarding my needs & was denied, manipulated & gaslighted in a time of vulnerability. I felt very alone, misunderstood & singled out. My version of reality has shifted & the family I thought I could trust completely brushed all of my needs under the rug. Lots of lessons this month, especially when it comes to my balance of giving and receiving. I have always been the one that openly supports, loves & helps when they are in need but at a time when I need a little love it’s not acknowledged and all things done for me and my kids, my past mistakes, and the unrealistic expectation of others were thrown in my face. I don’t like confrontation or hurting anyone on any given day but feel that I don’t know how I can keep investing my energy in these family members just because we are blood related. I’m working through my emotions and trying to stay positive and do the right things for all but apart of me is saying to simply focus on myself and putting my happiness & needs first. This too shall pass but anyone going through anything similar or family issues who feel powerless and voiceless I send you love & healing. X
I recognise your struggles as similar for my youngest with some of the family. I feel powerless to help him, and pray for healing. He has separated himself from the situation in order to heal. But he has not seen his own actions in it, and that's the block I think. Guardian Angels working hard behind the scenes. You are all loved and supported . This is so interesting.. I did a shamanic journey yesterday and I also met an elk and wolf. The elk willingly offered itself to me, letting me nourish myself with its flesh. The wolf kept play fighting with me and allowed me to ride on its back as we traversed the forest. Very cool how the energies surrounding this reading and the journey were so similar.
