I have had the same issue. I purchased two that had the same reference as my samsungs A10 (A105FN/DS) and yet the audio jack doesnt it in properly like the original part did :( I'm thinking they must come from a different batch that is ever so slightly different

Once you open the phone its very hard to refit the screen
