That's exactly what the water pump on my 2007 Ram 1500 sounded like when it went out. Sounded like it was about to fall off. The pully was so loose you could wobble the fan back and forth with your hand.

Jessie was like are u guys coming home cause Easter is this Sunday and the youngest kids are in the church play. Church is having a Easter Sunday Dinner at church.
I have a 15 Sienna w/ 100k mi. Curious if you could tell me if this bearing got this loud slowly over time, sporadic, or was it immediate? I had a clunky/knocking noise yesterday at idle that I had never heard before and went with the rotation of the engine. It was on the pulley side. I reved up the engine to hopefully make it louder to hear better, but it then went away. Im wondering if the pump is on its way out. Thanks for any info.
They make everything hard to get to because they want you to have to take it to a dealership to get a simple part replaced and they can charge you whatever they want to !

RUclips kids is very strict and I would have had to delete all the car stuff so I just made one from scratch 😎🙏🏽

Might be the pump or a tensioner due to a rev making it stop or you could be lucky and it’s the belt 😎🙏🏽
