Turn 1: Play Arana Turn 2: Play Zabu Turn 3: Play Symbiote Spider Turn 4: Play Scarlet Spider Turn 5: Soak, Activate Scarlet Spider and create a clone, Activate Arana, since Scarlet is the last card, he will move the original copy to Symbiote Spider location. Turn 6: Activate Symbiote Spider which have the activate abilities of Scarlet Spider. It's not optimal but you have played all the activate cards.
Yeah I figured out the hard way that activate only worked once. Kinda makes sense since they’re not “on reveal” ig so idk why I thought it would work like on reveal does.
Oh, I got that bug of Ghost Spider, I also find another on the same game, I don't think if it's a bug but when Sandman reveals, he suppose to give all your cards +1 cost, but Miles Morales still 1 cost (because I move a card prior to that turn) so supposedly he should cost 2? Or Miles Morales is a counter to Sandman?
That should still be the case with Stature too. Their effect overwrites everything else so even if they got their cost increased (or decreased) their card ability sets their cost to 1. The only thing that counters that cost change is Mobius.

It costs 1 irrespective of anything, I think
