Today I'm sharing some of our favorite baked goods and harvesting delicious fall sweet fruit from our small garden 🍅

Bread leaven:
25 grams active sourdough starter
70 grams bread flour
30 grams whole grain flour
100 grams water
Bread dough
350 grams whole grain wheat flour ( I am using spelt)
650 grams strong bread flour 325
680 grams water
26 grams of salt
30 grams boiling water
Thumbprint cookie
340 g almond flour or Cashew flour
80 g tapioca or cornstarch
100 g butter or coconut oil
80 g maple syrup
1 tsp vanila
