Ingredients: 1 kg chicken with bones (
1 kg chicken ( for brining-chicken merged in enough water+ 1 tbsp salt + 2 tbsp vinegar= keep aside for 1hour )
½ cup mint leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
10-11 green chilli
1 cup onion
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp white pepper powder
1½ tsp salt
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp kasuri methi
1 tsp garam masala
1 cup curd
2 tsp lemon juice
18-20 cashews paste
½ cup fresh cream
1 cup oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
6 green cardamom
1 black cardamom
1 mace
½ tsp pepper corn
1 inch cinnamon stick
½ tsp black pepper
4 cup rice
3-4 green cardamom
2-3 cloves
1 inch cinnamon stick
2 bay leaves
1 tbsp oil
3 tbsp salt
coriander leaves
mint leaves
green chilli
fried cashews and resins
fried onion
1 tsp kewra water
