I love your videos, I like the way to teach in sequences versus one step at a time. I sometimes get mixed up though with your dark pants and trying to see if it's your left or right foot that I am watching. Thanks

This is one of my older videos - I have now started wearing trousers that have a small mark on the back of the left leg and I wear a silver watch on my left and a black one on my right in the hope that it helps a bit. I will think about how else I could make it clearer :)
