This lens resides on my Z fc as a mount cover/instant compact and pocketable camera system. Forget about using filters though! This thing protrudes like nobody's business when it close focuses. Otherwise, it's a really great quality pancake optic that's also extremely convenient.
Received an email telling me you're making videos that will explain everything I need to know about each of your lenses in just 90 seconds. Great idea. I've now watched three of them and here's some feedback: There's too much meaningless and irritating marketing woffle. Phrases like "fantastic flexibility" and "it's ready for whatever comes your way" tell me nothing. Do your other lenses not give me flexibility? Are they somehow 'not ready' for something that comes my way? You could have explained what a pancake lens is but no, the marketing instinct for empty froth got the better of you. The editing is poor. While telling me I can focus within 20cm you show me a mid range shot taken from 20 metres away of someone on a zebra crossing. The DEI influeneced (anti white male) casting is repulsive. It doesn't look good and will look worse when the trend for fashionable discrimination has moved on. So how about you keep making these 90 second videos because it's a great idea, but get real photographers involved and keep the marketing department out of it?

Yo amo nikon de verdad, pero canon se los está devorando en objetivos
irrelevant what Canon does. How many lenses do you really use?
Comentario macaco 😂
Very strong barrel distortion & terrible soft, dark corners & very overpriced.
Not really an barrel distortion & really sharp, 5.6 aperture no dark corners & very overpriced, but the smallest lens.
