    Have you thought about getting an artistic-specific set of skates, such as the jackson atoms or roll-lines? Definitely expensive but I love mine and seeing how you break stuff down is super helpful!

      Yes, I do plan on getting some, but I’m waiting a couple of months because I’m moving to Wisconsin where there are more ice skating shops to try on a boot

    You did it dood!!! you landed one clean! weeee! I still see your swinging knee doesn't go up as much. If you manage to lift it, that's it!!!

    Yes I like the breakdown! So I can learn the move and learn your thinking process to self study. I'm a quad skater but maybe gonna try inlines >:)

      Thank you, I started out on quads, if you skate mostly outside you gotta try them out!

    The guy cares about his hair more than his brain...

    • @SolidSkates
      @SolidSkates  3 месяца назад +2

      I care about both, I wear a helmet whenever I’m out in the streets dealing with cars or hills. When I’m on flat ground with no obstacles I feel comfortable with no helmet, just like other figure skaters.

    practicing new tricks while not wearing any protection is how you injure yourself for a lifetime

    • @SolidSkates
      @SolidSkates  3 месяца назад

      I’m actually wearing knee pads in every video! And I wear a helmet if I’m dealing with cars or down hilling/urban obstacles with ledges, but flat ground I feel comfortable with just knee pads. But your right, more gear the better!

      @@SolidSkates it looked unnecessarily dangerous when you absorbed the falls with your hands. I mean, most people couldn't do their job without a hand. Better protect it.

      nah most people just don’t learn how to tumble properly. it really should be skating 101 because these kinds of falls are not that dangerous when you know how to bail right. it is a *skill* and you have to learn it.

      @@nabeelsherazi8860 agreed, it’s such a great skill, I think every one should learn how to fall properly
