Is this good for security, because I was searching about opening multiple email addresses so i dont get hacked, and people on the internet says to use a different email address for everything, like banking, and personal life should be seperate, or shopping all seperate. Does it make sense to use this then? Is it like an error or does it actually create a new email address? How do I enter to those accounts later, with the + version or the original one?
This is best used for registering on online platforms like forums, educational websites, blogs and so on. It's good for security because it's technically one email. But if you want to register for banking purposes or on shopping platforms, I think you should use different email addresses.
@@varahisantalpur7345 As I said in the video, this works for most websites. But if it doesn't work for a website you want to sign up on, then there is nothing you can do other than just create different emails for different account signups..

Sorry this reply was late. Yes you can create these variations and they are authentic. It's been like that for some years now and they always work on many websites.. I think Google know about this but they don't care as long as you are using Gmail as your free email service. And 2, you can't access different variations on separate devices because technically, they are all the same one email but works in a way that you can use each one of them as separate emails on most websites. There are some sites however that do recognize them as one email.
@@oguntoyekayode6593 I have not tried it with Facebook. Give it a try. But Facebook won't let you have multiple accounts with the same profile anyways. So even if it's works, they will ban the accounts..

So you don’t need to create an email before you use the + sign? Just use your original email and it automatically works?
Yes, use any original email you have and add a + to it.

Just type the email like email+1@gmail.com in the sender field.. That will be the sender email. The same.email will be the receiving email.
