      Yes, many European countries are attempting to solve their low fertility rates with massive immigration from Africa and the middle east. France, Germany, Sweden and other countries are being ethnically cleansed. In 50 years their traditional cultures will exist in textbooks only.

    • @thispleasesbulba
      @thispleasesbulba 2 года назад +1

      @@dsnodgrass4843 That answers my question. Thanks. So there's a likely relocation of one of the hairdressers, and a potential juggle in the amount of hairdressers in the stable. Would love for Chris to speak about this in-depth.

    Do the pomade and oil smell bad?
    Does the hair dresser have to redo the top knot every morning?
    How do they remove all the excess sand from the pipes from the sumo wrestlers practice?

      That topknot is only worn on matchday or formal occasions!
      If you look at videos during the summer tour, during practise for example charging sessions there aren't formal topknots. for the exhibition matches and Yokozuna entrances topknots got prepared.

      i have never been close enough to a rikishi to confirm, but my understanding is that the hair wax has a distinctive sweet smell. now whether that smell remains after 5 hours of sweaty keiko...

    What would happen if a wrestler had alopecia and lost all of their hair

    • @LauraJdogmom
      @LauraJdogmom 2 года назад +2

      This has happened. There was a rikishi named Taikomaru who had alopecia and was completely bald. Nevertheless, he had an 8-year career. The mage is traditional, it's a great honor to wear it, and it is always worn provided the rikishi has enough hair. However, he wears what he's got. Rikishi whose hair is not long enough to make a topknot wear their hair loose, sometimes pomaded with the same goop as was used for WTK in this video. Loose hair is called "zanbara." Come September, you'll see Kinbozan fighting in the salaried ranks with a zanbara. There are a fair number of balding rikishi. Moriurara, the lovable loser of whom Chris is so fond, has just a little string of hair plastered across his otherwise balding pate.

    How are they ever going to do this with that one black sumo wrestler's hair?

    • @LauraJdogmom
      @LauraJdogmom 2 года назад

      Lots of pomade and maybe some flat-ironing. There have been rikishi whose hair was quite curly/frizzy, although not kinky. If you look at pictures of Konishiki, ripples in his hair are evident despite the hairdresser's best efforts.
