I was also 13 in a country church in central Pennsylvania when I walked down the aisle with this hymn playing. That was 46 years ago and it was the day I was born again! Thank God for the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ!
Hello to you both. Much Love to you in Peace and Greetings. Have either of you repented and been baptized in Jesus’ Name for the remission of your sins?
my son died and accepted jesus at church on his own terms between him and jesus. He saved his friends life but he didnt make it. He was so full of love. i sobered up 35 years to take care of him. he never saw me drunk and He was the most loving son. this song makes me think of him. He is with Jesus i got my signs revealed through my grandchildren and his son. AMEN there is a heaven.
Amen, God will reveal where your son is... He spoke to me concerning my daughter, who was murdered. He simply said that she was resting in him. I bless his holy name. She, too, was loving, a mother, prayer warrior and loved family also friends.
2 Esdras 7:75 I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, O Lord, show this also to thy servant: whether after death, as soon as every one of us yields up his soul, we shall be kept in rest until those times come when thou wilt renew the creation, or whether we shall be tormented at once?" 76 He answered me and said, "I will show you that also, but do not be associated with those who have shown scorn, nor number yourself among those who are tormented. 77 For you have a treasure of works laid up with the Most High; but it will not be shown to you until the last times. 78 Now, concerning death, the teaching is: When the decisive decree has gone forth from the Most High that a man shall die, as the spirit leaves the body to return again to him who gave it, first of all it adores the glory of the Most High. 79 And if it is one of those who have shown scorn and have not kept the way of the Most High, and who have despised his law, and who have hated those who fear the Most High -- 80 such spirits shall not enter into habitations, but shall immediately wander about in torments, ever grieving and sad, in seven ways. 81 The first way, because they have scorned the law of the Most High. 82 The second way, because they cannot now make a good repentance that they may live. 83 The third way, they shall see the reward laid up for those who have trusted the covenants of the Most High. 84 The fourth way, they shall consider the torment laid up for themselves in the last days. 85 The fifth way, they shall see how the habitations of the others are guarded by angels in profound quiet. 86 The sixth way, they shall see how some of them will pass over into torments. 87 The seventh way, which is worse than all the ways that have been mentioned, because they shall utterly waste away in confusion and be consumed with shame, and shall wither with fear at seeing the glory of the Most High before whom they sinned while they were alive, and before whom they are to be judged in the last times. 88 "Now this is the order of those who have kept the ways of the Most High, when they shall be separated from their mortal body. 89 During the time that they lived in it, they laboriously served the Most High, and withstood danger every hour, that they might keep the law of the Lawgiver perfectly. 90 Therefore this is the teaching concerning them: 91 First of all, they shall see with great joy the glory of him who receives them, for they shall have rest in seven orders. 92 The first order, because they have striven with great effort to overcome the evil thought which was formed with them, that it might not lead them astray from life into death. 93 The second order, because they see the perplexity in which the souls of the unrighteous wander, and the punishment that awaits them. 94 The third order, they see the witness which he who formed them bears concerning them, that while they were alive they kept the law which was given them in trust. 95 The fourth order, they understand the rest which they now enjoy, being gathered into their chambers and guarded by angels in profound quiet, and the glory which awaits them in the last days. 96 The fifth order, they rejoice that they have now escaped what is corruptible, and shall inherit what is to come; and besides they see the straits and toil from which they have been delivered, and the spacious liberty which they are to receive and enjoy in immortality. 97 The sixth order, when it is shown to them how their face is to shine like the sun, and how they are to be made like the light of the stars, being incorruptible from then on. 98 The seventh order, which is greater than all that have been mentioned, because they shall rejoice with boldness, and shall be confident without confusion, and shall be glad without fear, for they hasten to behold the face of him whom they served in life and from whom they are to receive their reward when glorified. 99 This is the order of the souls of the righteous, as henceforth is announced; and the aforesaid are the ways of torment which those who would not give heed shall suffer hereafter." 100 I answered and said, "Will time therefore be given to the souls, after they have been separated from the bodies, to see what you have described to me?" 101 He said to me, "They shall have freedom for seven days, so that during these seven days they may see the things of which you have been told, and afterwards they shall be gathered in their habitations." 102 I answered and said, "If I have found favor in thy sight, show further to me, thy servant, whether on the day of judgment the righteous will be able to intercede for the unrighteous or to entreat the Most High for them, 103 fathers for sons or sons for parents, brothers for brothers, relatives for their kinsmen, or friends for those who are most dear." 104 He answered me and said, "Since you have found favor in my sight, I will show you this also. The day of judgment is decisive and displays to all the seal of truth. Just as now a father does not send his son, or a son his father, or a master his servant, or a friend his dearest friend, to be ill or sleep or eat or be healed in his stead, 105 so no one shall ever pray for another on that day, neither shall any one lay a burden on another; for then every one shall bear his own righteousness and unrighteousness." .....2 Esdras 7:75 ////////////////

I was 26 when I first heard this song at a Billy Graham revival meeting. I have often fallen into the world but God always called me back to him no matter where I was.
Never have I related to something so much before. He has called me back and I turned away at every turn and every chance I got. I fought it so much, but realized I was made to praise him and praise him I will.
Going through the comments has brought tears to my eyes. My soul is crushed to the point of grief. Life is too short, but we know after here we will live forever with Him in glory.
I cant explain the power behind this hymn. If i listen to it 100 times, i cry 100 times. Each time i sing or listen to it, tears just roll down my cheeks. God is great. The song is so spirit filled
@Joyce Lawson I believe that hymns written many years back were anointed by the Holy Spirit, composed in a prayerful manner, and that is why the words minister to our spirit, healing us as we drop our tears.
we sung this song to my 19 year old cousin when he was on his deathbed from a rare form of cancer. He fought it for nearly 3 years before we were told there was nothing more the doctors could do for him. He was a strong Christian and God was his strength and courage through all the pain and suffering. Thanking the Lord my cousin isn't suffering anymore and is safe in Heaven.
I got saved fo this song at 8 year old, in the 80’s. By the grace of God, have never looked back. Despite tragedy, trauma. He’s my Rock. Thank you, Lord, for knocking on the door of my heart all those years ago.
This was the song that was playing when I was baptized as a Christian in 1973, when I was 12 years old. It has been almost 50 years ago, but I vividly remember that precious moment. It was the best and most important decision I made in my life. I cry when I hear this song. Thank you Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior.
I wept singing this song along the lyrics 😭😭I lost my mother last year Sept 21 ,2020😭😭I stay in Germany but because of paper issue I was unable to travel back to Nigeria for her burial 😭May God almighty be with me and the rest family 🙏🙏
❤😊 yes my mother also passed away about two years ago she was just about 92,yrs old 1 month away from her birthday 🎂,she does love the Lord and I know where she's at and that's a blessing pray for you may God give you Grace and strength you will overcome because she said he will never leave us nor forsake us amen 🙏💕🙏
I had forgotten this ole hymn we sang in church when I was a teenager. I'm 68 now and I didn't realize the impact of the hymns I wanted back then but I do now. Such meaning and reverence. I now hear ole hymns and I'm so thankful for those times and memories. I cried while singing this song today. Thank you Jesus
I've been really enjoying this song while watching some of the past sermons of Billy Graham! His sermons lately have been such a huge blessing throughout a chaotic world! Thank you Lord for his life!
As a little girl I sat next to my grandmother in church and sang this song that she loved so much. It brings me to tears. It's such a beautiful song. It truly says it all. Praise God.
Great to hear that my grandmother also love this hymns I am very happy I became a choire master and keep playing it for her until she past last year God is good
I sang this acappella, at the gravesite, for my precious Daddy when he passed away. It was one of his favorites. Don't know how I managed to get through it with bawling, but God sent an Angel to sit on my shoulder. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
Growing up as a Baptist, this hymn was sung for those that wanted to be saved by accepting Jesus Christ as their savior. They would come forward to be acknowledged. Following that was their testimony and then their baptism.
Remember The Song says "You come as you are Without ANY Plea but JESUS' BLOOD ALONE!" The next step is to humble oneself and let JESUS complete the work on you and for you. See Personal INFO and Sermons at Facebook.com/festus.jesusjr.7
My story begins like this, I see the Lord's hand from the time of my conception in my life, My Mom wanted to abort me, I was saved due to the efforts of a Doctor who is a Catholic Nun, All my childhood memories are flooded with how I searched for God, I was very much involved in all religious activities but I still did not have the real peace in his heart. I often wondered, “After all these religious ceremonies which I am performing every day, am I in right relationship with God? Is he drawing closer to me? My earliest encounter with Christ was big image of the Sacred Heart, I always felt called by Him, During classes and even at break I used to look at Him, the day His eyes met mine, He never left me, I still was a stauch Hindu, I wanted to overcome my karma by performing devotional rituals, but fear of death and reincarnation had overcome me, the words of Christ to Martha has set me free " I am the Resurrection", I followed Jesus right from I was 11, I was hated by my family and relatives for my faith in Him, but the Lord was gracious enough to take me into His fold when I was 16, I was baptized along with my Mom and maternal Grandmother into the Church. Jesus my Savior, my King my all in all changed my life, there is no meaning to life without Him.
I sing off key and plum out of tune, but i love this song my mom n dad had beautiful voices idk what happened to me, but I sing with tears and happiness because I sing to my Lord
For me, this is the most moving hymn of the Christian faith. It reminds us of our outright unworthiness as we stand before a Holy and Righteous God. That despite our uncleanliness, our wickedness, our rebelliousness, Christ's love saw beyond what was humanly sensible. It is so evident that Charlotte Elliott was divinely inspired when she penned these words. She too came to know that just as we are, Jesus receives us. We are made new in Him because His mercy triumphs over judgment. Praise Jesus forever!
Mark Demoreuille Thank you kindly, Mark. Praise be to the One who paid it all for us, for no other reason but that He loved us with a love that surpasses human understanding.
Everytime I hear this song I cry! I am so thankful that Jesus loved me so much that he gave his life for me. Thank you so much for loving me like no one ever can or will.
That’s the song I went forward n received Jesus in my life it’s a beautiful experience when the Holy Spirit converted you about 46 years ❤ I’ll never forgot the joys I felt in my life 😢I’m still stand stronger every days
My favorite verse begins "Just as I am, though tossed about...." I am a Navy sailor and a fishing boat capt. I can assure you I have sung this verse altered to "fightings within and fears without" many times. As the waves of the North Pacific crash and roll, I believe the promise, that he will save my soul, even if, even if the Seafarer's Memorial in Homer Alaska someday bears my name.
bluedream428 He is resting until Christs second coming, how do we know he is in heaven. We are not arbitrators of where one goes after they die. Billy was an amazing preacher but that doesn’t gives authority to claim where he is right now. He will continue sleeping until Christ comes, then we will know where he is.
This hymn has been running through my head all day... I've been hiding from Him for a while, nearly a year, and I believe He's calling me back to talk work Him. God is good, His name is strong tower to run to.
A beautiful song and message! We sang this song at my dear wife's funeral some years ago. There is so much in the words, acknowledgement, commitment, confession, hope!! There are a lot of memories come back when listening to it. Hopefully this hymn will be sung and enjoyed for ever!
Precious Jesus, I thank thee for Calvary. Thank You Father for thy dear Son. You gave all for lost humanity; turned thyself inside out for me, that I might live. Help me, Lord, to know thee as I ought.
This song was played at Berney Points Baptist Church in West End (Birmingham, AL after every sermon. The pastor, Raymond T. DeArmond preached so long & so loud that his face would turn red. I was just a kid of 8 & I was afraid he was going to have a heart attack, but of course he never did. God was on his side. But he stood in front after his sermons with his arms outstretched waiting for someone, ANYONE, to come down & pray with him for God to forgive their sins & schedule their Baptismtent day. One Sunday it was me that went down to save the congregation from having to hear one more verse of "Just as I Am". Dr.Raymond T. DeArmond Baptised me a few weeks later & I have loved God & Dr. D,'Armond ever since and I am pushing 70 today.
I got saved to this song at the age of almost 12 yrs. old. The words just clicked not only in my ming but in my heart. And I went forward to be saved. This song still has the same effect on me to this day and I am about to be 71 yrs. old. Amen.
Yes just as we are. May we all be accepted regardless of the sins we have committed. I know I've done more than my share. May we all enjoy the promises of heaven. Only God knows how we would have lived and acted if we had lived in someone else's shoes. That's why we should never judge or criticize others
Jesus is a free gift but we should handle it with care but if you lose your salvation is hard to have it back it takes a grace of God so let us love and fear God with all our hearts 💕 and introduce him to others remain blessed
Never heard this before, absolute magic. My Dad, who never claimed to be a Christian, always told anyone who would listen that if we all lived according to the teachings of this man Jesus then the world would be a much better place. With the passage of time his words have never been proven to be more true.
I was 10 years old when I heard this song in Spanish (Tal Como Soy) as the Pastor explained salvation. That did it. I committed my life to our Lord. I'm 71 years old and have no regrets. God is good.
I sang this song to myself when I am working alone in the garden or my garage.Thank you Jesus for saving me.Thank you for posting this beautiful song. Please keep it up.
Most anointing hymn. One of the best hymn.. Do you agree with me that it purifies our heart mind and soul. Do you agree with me that all song on earth may end or may get lost but these hymns and famous gospel songs will remain.
Makes me want to cry because I know I'm underserving yet Jesus shed His blood and died so I could be saved There are no words to describe this Amen and Thank you Jesus In Your Promises I Rest
This song and I Surrender All are my favorite hymns, when ever we sing this song in church I feel emotional and get chills I just feel God in the room as we sing it 🙌🏻🙏🏻
Oh~ I came to Him and He saved me from my lost state and my helpless state! Now I am waiting for His soon coming day. I will cry for Joy - when I see Him! Lord Jesus, my Lord, Messiah, King of kings, Lord of lords. Come Lord! We are waiting for you...!!! Maranatha!
This hymn was sang at the end of each Church Service to give people the chance to walk up the aisle to receive Jesus Christ as their saviour and begin a brand new life on Earth and look forward to everlasting life.
This beautiful hymn I heard for the first time in Newfoundland . My sister Patsy was a teacher at St Juliens, White Bay North. A school house in the little town was her home for 4 years with a colleague Sister Adua. Patsy sang this hymn, accompanied by guitar. I though it was the most touching prayer put to music. Thank you for sharing it. And bless all Newfoundlanders! Amen?
Just as I am... I have no other plea than the Name and Blood of Jesus. Those two are the only sufficient plea. There is no place for our works. His Name and Blood supply the grace for our salvation through faith in Him. Hallelujah!
Every time i play this song on you tube, it reminds me of the late Nigerian man og God, Prophet TB Joshua. It was sang in one of his services before he went to be with the Lord. Could see him surrendering it all calmly. Little did i know he was saying goodbye
An absolutely beautiful song. So touching. I remember this song so well. Sitting in church many years ago when was 16yrs old. It was then that i found Jesus. Thank you Lord for saving my soul.
One of the seeming paradoxes of our faith in Christ, that when we are raised in Him, we see ourselves in the light of truth. And as we see ourselves more in that light, we see more clearly how we NEED Him. Lord I believe, help my unbelief!
Thank you Father for your inestimable love, grace, mercy and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit that we enjoy daily. Who would have loved, cared for me and my family the way you do. Thank you so much for the demonstration of your love for us in Christ Jesus. You have done and still doing unspeakable deeds, miracles in my life, children and extended for these fourteen years that my husband closed his eyes on this planet earth; guiding and preserving me from unpleasant ways that do not please you. I owe it all to you JESUS. Indeed you are the Father to the fatherless, husband to the widow that yields to you.Glory be unto your Holy Name Father, in the Name of JESUS AMEN 🙏❤
Today’s version of watered down worship songs will never come close to the old hymns of yesterday. So simple yet packed with so much truth they didn’t even need music like this one.
This has Always been one of my Favourite Hymns since I was in Sunday School , over 60 years ago ... I gave my Heart to our Lord when I Was 9 years old ... This Most Beautiful Hymn was sung At my Baptism ... Will Always Love This Special Hymn 🙏🦋💕
This hymn just came into my mind and I had to come hear it. I am still in tears from hearing it and it always hits my heart the same way. They are thankful tears, no sad ones, though.
I love this song and I believe if more people listen to this song and the words, we all would be in a better person. I remember singing this song as a chold
"It is misleading to say that God accepts us the way we are. Rather, He accepts us despite the way we are. He receives us only in Christ and for Christ's sake. Nor does He mean to leave us the way He found us, but to transform us into the likeness of his Son. " -Sinclair Ferguson
Am confused between just listening to this song or not.i buried my little sister last month with her baby..the choir sang the hymn beautifully my heart is still devastated...I cry and cry 😢😭I keep replaying this music.and keep crying.am not sure if am being comforted..am overcome by emotions...
Emma, ask the Holy Spirit to comfort you. Our prayers are with you. I can understand what you might have gone through as I too went through the same experience when I lost my dear mother to cancer. I 😢for a whole year every day. I found strength only in my God the Holy Spirit & the Holy Word of God. Turn your focus on Him. Jesus loves you more & understands you much better. God bless you sista.
feeling a bit down, depressed, and less of myself. Thank you God for your healing touch upon my physical, mental and emotional state of being. I love you Lord.
I believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. Thank you for saving me and giving me eternal life. I am so happy in knowing that the Son of God lives within my heart. I love you and serve you with all my heart. Remember: Grace through Faith in Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection… not of ourselves, lest any man boast. So, don’t beat yourself up over sins or think you have to earn it. Do what you can, but it’s all about Jesus.
I used to sit in church when I was five years old with my grandmother and listen to this song. She explained salvation to me and I understood it perfectly.
I have bin asking for God's divine mercy on my life... This song is really meaningful at this point of life... I just need God's mercy to scale through this challenge I'm going through
Psalms 51:1-2 Be gracious to me, O God, according to Your lovingkindness; According to the greatness of Your compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity And cleanse me from my sin.
THANK YOU Jesus that you saved me, a sinner. That's all I will ever be, a sinner saved by grace, your grace at CALVERY. Lord never let me get above my station in life.
When I was 5 years old my grandmother took me to church and I remember this song from way back then. She explained to me what salvation is and I never forgot. Always think of that when I hear this song.
Wow. I've been missing hymns so much. Hearing this for the first time in a lot of years sent me back...to when I was 12 years old, singing hymns in church. And amazingly, I still remember the words to every verse! Yes, this was always one of my favorite hymns. And this rendition is so beautiful. ❤️
This is a beautiful heartfelt hymn and believe me...You definitely feel his spirit...when i was saved i remember going to the alter and this hymn was playing and lots of souls were going to the alter.. Such a strong hymn...🙏🐾❤
As an unbeliever before I came to christ.. I walked to the front of the altar and cried while this song was being sung.. christ saved me
Me too brother! This was the hymn they sang, and I got up and walked forward. I remember my mom and grandparents crying. I'll never forget that day.

Going through the comments has brought tears to my eyes. My soul is crushed to the point of grief. Life is too short, but we know after here we will live forever with Him in glory.
AMEN
I cant explain the power behind this hymn. If i listen to it 100 times, i cry 100 times. Each time i sing or listen to it, tears just roll down my cheeks. God is great. The song is so spirit filled
Joyce Lawson me too
I'm blessed
Praise God my brother
We are one in the bond of LOVE..
..
@Joyce Lawson
I believe that hymns written many years back were anointed by the Holy Spirit, composed in a prayerful manner, and that is why the words minister to our spirit, healing us as we drop our tears.
God is with you Joyce which is why you are crying. Bless you dear Joyce.. X
I'm crying now.
Never cried for nothing before but this hymn makes me cry and I can't stop crying. O lamb of God, I come.
Hallelujah to Jesus our King 🤲
Praise our Precious Savior !! ❤
I read your reply and the tears came!
Alleluia to our King. Amen
Maranatha 🕊️👑
Same here❤️🥲🔥
we sung this song to my 19 year old cousin when he was on his deathbed from a rare form of cancer.

This song makes me feel closer to God and his miracles
This beautiful hymn stirred me to accept Christ as my personal Savior when I was eleven years old.
+Judith Simon 13 yr. old at Camp Warren
I hope and pray that you have found Him a true and faithful Friend.
Me too, at Billy Graham crusade 1954/55 on London.❤
God bless you and we give God all the Glory for his salvation today
Amen
I've been really enjoying this song while watching some of the past sermons of Billy Graham! His sermons lately have been such a huge blessing throughout a chaotic world! Thank you Lord for his life!
😂
As a little girl I sat next to my grandmother in church and sang this song that she loved so much. It brings me to tears. It's such a beautiful song. It truly says it all. Praise God.
My grandmother and myself also in church.
Her loving heart was the greatest 💖💖💖
God is Good! 💖
Jesus bless you, and this photo of you when you were young.
Great to hear that my grandmother also love this hymns I am very happy I became a choire master and keep playing it for her until she past last year God is good
It sure does
Same here. My mama hill was the piano player in church. This brings back lovely memories.
I sang this acappella, at the gravesite, for my precious Daddy when he passed away. It was one of his favorites. Don't know how I managed to get through it with bawling, but God sent an Angel to sit on my shoulder. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.
nadine dickie God bless you! I was baptized to the sound of this beautiful hymn 68 yrs ago I’m 80.
What a wonderful song cannot hear it and my eyes not filled with tears, love it.
This was the song that started my journey to salvation through Jesus Christ.
May your journey continue faithfully upward until His return.
Amen! May that be so for all of us who have accepted Him!
thank you dear brother in Christ for your comment! This is the song that aided in my coming back to Christ!
These verses move me to tears
Amen Brother~! Praise God~! it was for me too;l over 50 years ago and He has never left my side~!
Growing up as a Baptist, this hymn was sung for those that wanted to be saved by accepting Jesus Christ as their savior.
They would come forward to be acknowledged. Following that was their testimony and then their baptism.
JESUS accepted me as I am. With love from India
Remember The Song says "You come as you are Without ANY Plea but JESUS' BLOOD ALONE!" The next step is to humble oneself and let JESUS complete the work on you and for you. See Personal INFO and Sermons at Facebook.com/festus.jesusjr.7
I love how we come to Jesus "just as I am " but He doesn't leave me there, He leads us on from there
So many times I failed GOD so many times I strayed but more of so many times this song made me feel a new creature in CHRIST JESUS..
This Song Explains My Life...Thank God for His Great Love. God can Save Anyone, Anytime, Anywhere, Anyday....Run to HIM!!!
Amen.

@@thomasbreen6964 AMEN Sir

Amen!!!
On my knees while praying today, I listened to this hymn and I know I cannot hide from God. It would be lying to myself.
Please listen to Prof. Walter Veith on Total Onslaught, Pst. Carlton Knott,Hope Through Prophecy,The Preparation Ministry and Bible Flock Box.
Glory to GOD, may GOD mercy dwell in our lives
Oh, praise Jesus and bless you to always keep in mind what He did for you and your family members.
You’re so right. There is no meaning to life without Him. God continue to bless you and your family.
This song reaches down into the inner most part of your soul..
Amen ❤
Well said Maria.
Mark Demoreuille Thank you kindly, Mark. Praise be to the One who paid it all for us, for no other reason but that He loved us with a love that surpasses human understanding.
+Maria Popovici . how can I get this song as a callertune
Maria Popovici and
Maria Popovici,
Everytime I hear this song I cry! I am so thankful that Jesus loved me so much that he gave his life for me. Thank you so much for loving me like no one ever can or will.
Glory to God. Praising and worshipping God is the best thing in life.
The foolish says in his heart that there is no God. Blessed is he whose God is the Lord Jesus Christ
God will bless you! 🙂
That’s the song I went forward n received Jesus in my life it’s a beautiful experience when the Holy Spirit converted you about 46 years ❤ I’ll never forgot the joys I felt in my life 😢I’m still stand stronger every days
I, too, walked down the aisle and was saved listening to this song. I cried all over my pastor's new suit but he didn't mind at all. All glory to God!
This hymn tells me how helpless I am and was but Christ received me so freely. I bless His name.
Amen
Praise The Lord.
May God bless and keep you in His loving care always.
I'm listening to this song over and over again, and every time the hair on my arms raises. Love this song so much. Thank you, Lord Jesus. I love You.
R.I.P. Reverend Billy Graham!
Rest in perfect peace dear and righteous Billy Graham.
Billy isn't resting in peace. He is up there preaching sermons and being a messenger for God like he said he would do.
Billy Graham was lost...
Hello @@Benn61, why is Billy Graham lost? He preached the gospel to millions of people around the world and many came to a saving faith in Jesus.
bluedream428 He is resting until Christs second coming, how do we know he is in heaven.
Did you go back to Him? I hope so. God bless and keep you in His loving care, always.
I'll always remember singing this song in church as a child, with tears streaming down my face.
I was 9 years old when I gave my life over to God. It was the best decision I’ve ever made in my entire life.
This is the hymn that was the turning point in my life! It opened the door to coming to the sure knowledge that my Heavenly Father IS and Loves me!
God is no doubt our Lamb. Anytime soon He will come and gather us triumphally in heaven where there is no more pain but pure happiness
When something is ETERNAL, it never grows old...like this beautiful song in prayer.
God will look to every soul like its first love because He is its first love. - C.S. Lewis
Amen
Amen hallelujah
I got saved to this song at the age of almost 12 yrs. old. The words just clicked not only in my ming but in my heart. And I went forward to be saved. This song still has the same effect on me to this day and I am about to be 71 yrs. old. Amen.
Yes just as we are. May we all be accepted regardless of the sins we have committed. I know I've done more than my share. May we all enjoy the promises of heaven. Only God knows how we would have lived and acted if we had lived in someone else's shoes. That's why we should never judge or criticize others
Beautiful comment! May God keep blessing you
Jesus is a free gift but we should handle it with care but if you lose your salvation is hard to have it back it takes a grace of God so let us love and fear God with all our hearts 💕 and introduce him to others remain blessed
This song gives me goosebumps and reminds me that even in my sins, God still takes me as I am in spite of what I’ve done because of his amazing grace
Never heard this before, absolute magic. My Dad, who never claimed to be a Christian, always told anyone who would listen that if we all lived according to the teachings of this man Jesus then the world would be a much better place. With the passage of time his words have never been proven to be more true.
I am unworthy of your sacrifice Jesus. I’m sorry for hurting you.😢 Please have mercy on me and forgive me of all my sins this night.
I was 10 years old when I heard this song in Spanish (Tal Como Soy) as the Pastor explained salvation. That did it. I committed my life to our Lord. I'm 71 years old and have no regrets. God is good.
I am 61years old, and no regrets.
I'm 60 and I learnt this so when I was 16
I sang this song to myself when I am working alone in the garden or my garage.Thank you Jesus for saving me.Thank you for posting this beautiful song. Please keep it up.
Most anointing hymn. One of the best hymn.. Do you agree with me that it purifies our heart mind and soul. Do you agree with me that all song on earth may end or may get lost but these hymns and famous gospel songs will remain.
Makes me want to cry because I know I'm underserving yet Jesus shed His blood and died so I could be saved
There are no words to describe this
Amen and Thank you Jesus
In Your Promises I Rest
This song and I Surrender All are my favorite hymns, when ever we sing this song in church I feel emotional and get chills I just feel God in the room as we sing it 🙌🏻🙏🏻
This is a Hymn I shared with my mother and I feel tears running down my cheek, This is how i will come to God. Just as I am.
If only it would continue in these last days when so many are losing their lives without Christ.
Amen?
oh LAMB of God .. I COME / wah me and keep me free from every sin and its way , receive me into thy kingdom when that time comes .
I Feel nearer to God my eyes fill up with tears ,Lord Jesus l trust in you
An absolutely beautiful song.
This is the deepest christian song that I know... I can't explain how it makes me feel ❤️😭
This hymn just came into my mind and I had to come hear it. I am still in tears from hearing it and it always hits my heart the same way. They are thankful tears, no sad ones, though.
@@mawmawvee Totally relatable 🙌
I love this song and I believe if more people listen to this song and the words, we all would be in a better person.
I remember singing this song as a chold
"It is misleading to say that God accepts us the way we are.
Rather, He accepts us despite the way we are.
He receives us only in Christ and for Christ's sake. Nor does He mean to leave us the way He found us, but to transform us into the likeness of his Son. "
-Sinclair Ferguson
Am confused between just listening to this song or not.i buried my little sister last month with her baby..the choir sang the hymn beautifully my heart is still devastated...I cry and cry 😢😭I keep replaying this music.and keep crying.am not sure if am being comforted..am overcome by emotions...
Oh , I really don’t know what to say but God bless you and give you strength.
So sorry for your sister’s loss! ♥️
God is their,,with you,,fall into his open arms,,just as you are
@ Emma.
Pole sana . God is always with you.
My old baptist church I used to attend when I was a child used to end the sermon with this hymn...it was beautiful and still is.
Praise God!!!! Glory Hallelujah! The King of Kings and Lord of Lords, and Prince of Peace is coming soon!
Jesus Christ called me my name with this song and I obeyed and walked down the isle to meet him. Best day of my life
每次聽這首歌時很感恩。我英語不好。可是特喜歡此典。
I used to sit in church when I was five years old with my grandmother and listen to this song. She explained salvation to me and I understood it perfectly.
Lord Jesus Christ please forgive me of my sins.....
Please Pray for me brothers n sisters in Christ 🙏🙏
I have bin asking for God's divine mercy on my life... This song is really meaningful at this point of life... I just need God's mercy to scale through this challenge I'm going through
His mercy is made available for you in Jesus name Amen
Thanking God for you dear friend 🙏
One of my favourite hymns.. listening to this from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬.
We sing this a lot in our church mainly when we're receiving the communion. I love this song too much🥰
May the Lord forever be praised. This hymn draws me closer and closer to God. O Lamb of God I come. Hymns for life.
This hymn can only be sung by one who understands their total depravity. Thanks be to God for sending His dear son to die in my stead
My Grandfather told me that this was his favourite hymn. When I listen to it, I feel God's power in a spwcual way
Thanks for this song, we sang it at my dear wife's funeral almost 4 yrs ago. We had 51 years together! It's a comfort to hear the song again!
This is a beautiful heartfelt hymn and believe me...You definitely feel his spirit...when i was saved i remember going to the alter and this hymn was playing and lots of souls were going to the alter.. Such a strong hymn...🙏🐾❤
