I Bought the DLC's too but I didnt played them so much so I didnt lost even more progress.
You will never take fall damage no matter how high. I forgot where but I remember reading it in some of the comics that it was one of his abilities (in some comics), just like a common house spider he doesn't take fall damage because he's so agile and durable, but not everyone writes him with this ability
