That didn't show anything on how to fix the valve...simply buying a complete lower base was not what your title implied and I just fixed mine, after finding someone else's video showing how to really fix it, and the part only cost $14 ....nice when you can just buy a whole new toilet base instead of fixing the broken part. Thumbs Down for not doing it right!
