@@helendoyle564 One way is to meet you guides is to meditate and ask them to come forward, it might take some time bc some of them are shy. How do you know? some get an image while meditation, a name can pop in your head, look in the clouds etc. When you think you know ask them again if that is their name or describe them. Ask questions! Sometimes the answer can come in a dream. Or you can ask them to confirm and give you a sign in real life. They know how you best communicate and the most important is trust your gut and your intuition. Be patient with yourself. It is amazing to know that someone is always there for you, and never judges you. Best of luck!

Whoa. It’s like you are reading just for me. Two weeks before my very difficult and narcissistic grandmother died, she wouldn’t look at me … I brushed it off as the Alzheimer’s and didn’t make much of it but my mother kept asking her what was wrong and why she wouldn’t look at me… she finally said “I can’t look at her she’s too bright, there’s so much light coming from her it hurts my eyes” 😳 I have definitely been on an intense journey, and it was 8 YEARS long… it involved walling myself off in many ways as protection… my new “right” path is fully underpinned by writing and I’ve been setting my new business up over the last couple weeks… there’s more but I’ll leave it there for now. ❤ I appreciate you so much!!

9 may 24. I have been thinking deeply about how I gain regain what I once had - working with people. Absolutely spot on I have always felt out of sorts with those around me I never felt part of my family even I just went through several yrs of chaos and ask daily what is my mission here who am I suppose to help I recently cut out a whole lot of negative energy from others that are living in drama I recently moved from where I was am now living out in the country away from everyone doing major soul searching, I do feel in my heart there is something Good happening.. Very valid point on having money/wealth. If you don't experience a full life with having everything, you can't really experience spirituality in its full glory because you have so many desires unmanifested. If you pass on with unfulfilled desires, you do not get Moksha / liberation .

I'm in the process of reading The Tender Bar. It's a coming-of-age story which features colorful characters as well as of course- (just look at the book's title) alcohol , predominately. The only reason I'm mentioning this is because I badly need to stop procastinating and contact people to read my manuscript - those people who are kindred spirits in a way. My memoir would make a compelling movie- I intuitvely know that. Though my story is more gritty and even painful, it also feautures alcohol, but in a unique way, I also have a strong feeling that I've found a community of kindred spirits here as well. Immense gratitude for that.
