Because BGMI is made like that. BGMI doesn't support controllers officially. It is not Cosmic Byte or anyone else's fault. Don't think that every single mobile game supports any controller. Also it is not a game that should be played with controllers.

Game controller se khel sakte hai ya nahi ye game developers pe depend karta hai, na ki controller pe. Aisa hota to aaj duniya ki har games hi controller pe khelne ke compatible hoti

I have purchased stratos xenon Now i am facing one issue like in the keyboard i press shift +W so the characters run fast but in controlling i am now able to do this i need to tap on the button continuously then it will running Any solution for this like long press the button and the character will run smoothly like this??

Try adding a Game in Steam Application as A Non Steam for Vibrator Feedback issue. Hope it will work for you.
