Linked List (2nd attempt!) | Rust Language

After learning Rust for just over a year and doing plenty of recall - I've managed to understand and learn how to implement a Linked List in Rust.
This is a run through of me typing in the code, and explaining the bits that caught me out as I was learning it. It uses a generic type T so you can use text or numbers with it!
