It's just a small example but you know if he cares about small examples like that then when someone says "Ima watch your back" or "ima do this, ima do that for you" and you know Durk tells them "bet, show me then" ... another good in example is in the recent song Durk put out "Ahh Ahh" he talks about people always saying they are riding for Durk or King Von(RIP) but never really do anything to prove they are so he tells them to at the very least just put up money for a gun, money for a bond, money for a car or money for anything that can help them out... shit half these people that always say that Durk should slide for Von should help Durk out more then they do so it's easier for Durk to slide(not condoning it) ... the smallest amount of help can sometimes make the biggest difference. You can tell Durk is one of the people who like hearing and seeing people stand on what they say and not just say it. That's why when Wallo would always say "a lot of rappers done fell off" or "a lot of these rappers are broke now" Durk will tell him to name them, or at least the top 5 of them lol. Wallo is a good man and this really hit home …. I lost my brother to gun violence a few months ago. He had only been home a year, full of life and making up for all the time he spent locked away. Dont compete with your homie is real talk. His best friend took his life and it’s hard not be the monster a situation like that can make you. It’s all consuming but it’s not worth it. That person that you wanna slide for would not want you down 25 years to life. This was good advice and I feel for Durk and the innocent person that got hurt that day. He didn’t deserve it.
