Classic TV Show Intro Recreation Assignment | Family Matters

For this grade 11 and 12 Communications Technology assignment, students were tasked with choosing a classic television show and recreating the opening title sequence.
Analysing the original video shots, creating a storyboard, as well as listing the necessary props and wardrobe were part of the pre-production phase. Students then filmed all their shots in and around Studio 6 and various areas of SLCI to complete their production process. Using their growing knowledge of Adobe Premiere, the small teams were then able to edit their intro sequence to match to the original as best as possible, complete with a unique title for their parodied show.
