It was helpful up to a point. I got a message about printing abrasion and changing the settings. What is that? Then I got a message that that the size or type of the loaded paper is different from the print settings and all it will let me do is click OK ( I have regular 8x10 copier paper in there.) The message box now says CHECK WITHER THE PAPER THAT MATCHES THE FOLLOWING PRINT SETTINGS IS LOADED. Then, below that it says PAPER SIZE LETTER TYPE PLAIN PAPER . The only choice I get it OK When I do that, it says REPLACE THE PAPER AND PRINT. Replace it with what? Where are the darn print settings??

The printer is extremely difficult at connecting with the computer. Worked on it for hours just trying to connect. Then the failure page pops up. Simply a Piece of junk.

It keeps trying to connect to the wifi without letting me type in the password. Obviously it won't connect without the password being typed in. This is so frustrating!
Thanks for hanging in there, Elliott! It might help to start the connection process from scratch and we've got step-by-step instructions at canon.us/3BKRY9R that include password entry. Be sure to try it out! If you need further help, our PIXMA support team has got your back. @CanonUSASupport I'm not sure why, but it just doesn't like my wifi. If I click on the neighbor's wifi, it pops up to put in the password. If I click mine, it doesn't let me put a password and goes straight to trying to connect. It ended up letting me connect it to my phones hot spot. Hopefully I'll be able to connect it to my wifi soon. It will be very annoying to have to connect my hot spot every time I want to print
Make it so it fails after every update and demands 20 minutes to of your time to reconnect and maybe a new printer from a different manufacturer is the best solution

This machine is such a joke. Terrible investment. Figuring out how it works took half a day. Now I am sending printing orders from a PDF file and the printer says I don't have the correct paper size! Your engineers did a great job by making a machine but their real success is in making that machine completely unusable.
Hi, Yasir! If the document you're trying to print has different dimensions than the paper loaded in your PIXMA TR7520, you'll need to either load paper of the correct size or you'll need to choose the option on your screen to fit the document to the page. We hope this helps!

Printer does work with Vista. I've already found and downloaded the drivers and now my printer is working.
Thanks!

Jump through hoops for hours, most user unfriendly piece of crap I have ever owned. Cheesy construction, paper tray is a joke
