Mon's idolization is representation of queer experiences regarded with certain Asian women. It was more common back in 2000s. As you see, Asian culture is more conservative. There were many Asian women who didn't realize that they had a crush on a girl and thought it was "idolization." Mon was influenced by heteronormativity so much that she failed to navigate her sexuality. That's why she subconsciously try to get close to Sam by doing everything she does. In reality, she had a crush on her and developed stronger feelings for her later on. In previous eps, she was exploring her feelings for Sam and trying to find a label that fits their relationship. In the first part of ep 7, she is facing heartbreaking gay awakening.
About Kirk, you'll find out soon. He's actually a representation of "nice guy syndrome." He has an meritocratic attitude towards the world and try to maintain his image. You can see how he try to be "nice boss", "nice fiancee", "nice friend" etc. He is also often contrasted with Nop in some eps. We initally thought Nop was bad guy and Kirk was good guy but interestingly, later episodes unfolds true nature of these guys.

This episode was a mess. Just like me. And all what came after that I got even messier 😂 It's amazing that this show is able to continue to improve from ep to ep. Have fun watching further. But be prepared for a rollercoaster.

It's true when we say this: please don't apologize or feel the need to completely explain all that you have going on. You know we just appreciate you for sharing your reactions with us no matter what point in your life you are at. I hope that things continue to get better for you and, I'm sure that anyone else that is going through the same process as you is giving everything for the sake of the lives of many so thank you for that.
Things have been going extremely well for the show, and Freen and Becky as well. They had an event the other day and the amount of people both domestically and internationally that showed up is wild. Along with that, they have both reached a million followers on IG I believe. They have their projects outside of IDF, people starting to pay attention to them as well as the company, and we have been told (hinted at) there are projects in the works for them through IDF. Overall, I'm so happy for them and the whole IDF staff that gave everything they had just to make all of this happen. Saint's hard work and belief in these women is paying off so much and I'm looking forward to what is in store.

I always crack up at this scene😭🤣 the annoyingly comedic back and forth and then Mon crying while asking Sam if she wants to be her girlfriend and Sam just casually saying sure almost out of defeat before realising what just happened

Jim asked Sam out in High School and Sam rejected her, although she got over it pretty fast.
About the nails, when they were filming they showed some picture of the nails and many complaint about it 🤣. Some days later they filmed again with the nails and there is a scene next episode, I don't know if it was in the original script or if they added it because of these complaints... You should really watch 8 and 9 now, before you start your rotation 🤣, it will give you strength.

I got to has this experience wirh my first gf back then i dont know that im attracted to girls and so is my friend we did all thinga except kissing that i thought is just normal for friends until a friend warned me that what we had isnt just for friends and we got to get jealous if wd are paired with guys or being close to other girls thats how i got to question amd evetually figured it out that we dont treat each other as friends but no one has the guts to ask unril faced with a situation so somehow i understand mon and sam that they cant defined wjat tjey are ar first bec they dont have experienced loving same gender as more than a friend
