Come on to Cochrane then, Texas. And bring some good food recipes as Texans are great for hospitality and GOOD FOOD. Welcome to you, bring on the red though.
I live in Denver area, and when you said the drive from Cochran to Calgary was 30-45 minutes my first thought was, “wow, that’s quick!” My commute is short, but damn it takes forever.
I really appreciate this video! Please do more on Cochrane. I’m looking to move there from the UK and work in Calgary. That traffic is NOTHING compared to the UK so no issues for me! I can’t believe how open and quiet the roads look. Hopefully by the time I get there (12-18months) it won’t be too expensive 👍🏼
Haha. It’s been a locally loved business and a staple there for so long and it’s well known. That’s why it’s highlighted. Thanks for commenting and watching.
Cochrane is a great city, we chose it 2 years ago as our home. It's a shame it wasn't prepared for its current growth. My biggest concern right now is about schools, we don't have plans to develop new schools. Meanwhile, our children have to live with crowded classrooms. Gentlemen responsible for education, invest in this sector in Cochrane it is becoming a nightmare.
I don’t have any videos for that. If you’d like to discuss with our partners to help you find something then please let us know www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
Lots of the city and Cochrane can be windy at times for sure. Are you thinking of moving here? If you’ve got specific questions let’s chat -Jared. www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
Should be good to go! We haven’t heard of clients that had issues. Are you looking to move there? If so let us know how we can help 🙌 www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
Great question, depending on the pricing and quality of the home it can move quickly. There is still a lot of demand in certain price ranges. If you have a house to sell, we should chat! Info@chamberlaingroup.ca
Actually 4:30 am 😂 We intentionally choose locations and streets where there aren't a lot of people because of privacy. Most people don't like being on camera and not knowing about it!
It’s a decent area. You have to remember that there is one the busiest airports for smaller planes in Alberta and up there for Canada too. www.ybw.ca/About.aspx if you want to discuss it more let us know. We have lots of connections with builders too. Info@chamberlaingroup.ca
I need your suggestion , I am planning to start a pizza business , I have two options Cochrane (small town near Calgary with a population of 35000 only)or Edmonton. I live in Calgary and just got a house and my family and other relatives are also in Calgary , but unfortunately I have to choose between Cochrane and Edmonton . I know Edmonton is a big city but I don’t feel like leaving Calgary . I am very confused that If I start my pizza business in Cochrane , will it be successful like Edmonton or not as the franchise fee is above 400k with all the business expenses. Is there anyone who can give me a better Idea ? Thanks
Honestly, it's hard to give any suggestions like that over a text thread. I suggest finding a solid commercial agent who can help and if you need to find someone let us know www.chamberlaingroup.ca/contact/
There is a chance in some areas as well as certain property types we could see increases. It’s all about demand for homes and the supply that’s out there, along with certain economic factors which seem to have more upward pressures on pricing then there is pressures pushing down. If you have specific questions or plans, email or a call may be best. 587-316-5400 or info@chamberlaingroup.ca
There doesn't seem as there's much to do in Cochrane. Where's the entertainment industry? It looks boring. Also there doesn't seem to have any industry to provide jobs.
I'm seriously thinking about moving to Cochrane from Texas. It's so beautiful there!

I am just scared how there is no one in the streets 😳 It’s like a ghost city or he is recording the video at 5 am in the morning 😂

What are your thoughts about Harmony community nearby ?

How about the jobs
Jobs in Cochrane? There are some, but many will drive into Calgary, too, for work.
🍦 | Mmm 0:45
😋
Does Barbara Corcoran from 'Shark Tank' live here sometimes?
Not sure!
How funny..
If I can get a job there, I would move right away.
What type of job are you looking for?
Should have picked Cochrane over Chestermere. Oops.
Do you currently live in Chestermere? What made you choose there and why do you regret it?
👍👍
🙌
Do you think the real estate will go up in 2023?

There are jobs. Small town. No major ‘entertainment area’ as many come into Calgary for that and many drive for jobs too.
300,000-600,00 affordable
Don’t let um kid ya,ain’t nothin there
Um thank ya! For those that are looking for what Cochrane is offering it’s perfect. What is missing in Cochrane for you?
