Not counting Luffy, since he is the recruiter, the order would be Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji! Chapter 6 is titled “The First,” and is the chapter where Zoro joins - referring to him being the first member other than Luffy. And the chapter 68, where Sanji officially joins, is titled “The Forth”!
Ehhhh it's because Nami was only really considered a Strawhat aft Arlong arc, she was very much just riding along before that. That makes Sanji 3rd 😅.

Excuse me but in question 19, if we put aside luffy since he is the recruiter, nami is the 4rth to join since she officialy became a member of the crew after the fight with Arlong. So Zoro, Ussopp, Sanji and after Arlong Park is Nami.
