Snow cover chahiye bas, snowfall ho bhi to heavy nehi-- aisi agar chahiye to kab jana chahiye? Sethan, sissu etc. places k liye. I know weather k kuch fixed nehi hota he. But ek overall idea agar mil jaye.. ki kis time kaisa rehta he... Plz reply
