Stop copying video style from other youtubers. Go back with your own vlog style videos
Check out a website called ereplacementparts.com they will be able to tell you if you can rebuild that compressor and if so they will have videos on similar ones if not your exact one. Love the small engine videos just be smarter then me and stay out of the hospital because go karts can kick your ass in the blink of an eye of your not careful.

If you would have lubed that chain before trying to take it apart, it might have come apart easier. Also, soapy water on your tires will make changing them 100 timers easier. Great job overall!

That hole in the fuel bowl is actually from the ultrasonic cleaner. There was a scratch or a little oxidized rough spot there and it became a nucleation site where those bubbles you see were bursting. You ran it through multiple cycles and it literally ate through the aluminum.
Throw a square of aluminum foil in a powerful ultrasonic cleaner and you can watch it get shredded. I don't know how powerful the units like you have are, if it was dumb luck or if it has the power to do this every time but you might have to put some wrinkles in it to get it to put holes in aluminum foil and run it multiple cycles.

There is a sticker on the left side of the axle next to the wheel with the oil specs for the diff
I had 2 of these when i was a kid. Both with the number 3. Bought one from my dad then another down the road. Good ole yerfdog with a 6hp Tecumseh.
you should never reach into an operating ultrasonic cleaner bath to remove and inspect parts. Not only do you risk burns, cavitation can penetrate your skin. Not a good thing. Btw, to clean parts that float-put a weight on them.
a clutch guard is a must. I had one of those clutches blow in half as a kid catching me in the leg.
I know it might cost a little but you should do a full restoration and customization on something to bring back some views.

you have to use starting fluid it works way better then carb cleaner
You got a recommendation for ATF on rusty stuff. I use ATF and acetone, 50 50 mix. Seems to work better than PB

Dalton doesnt fool with small engines often and it shows haha that clutch didnt need the clip removed to take the chain or clutch off lol

Thanks for the content man. Compressor not worth rebuilding unless it holds sentimental value. Harbor freight 23 gal oiled compressor is a good cheap choice in my opinion!

on a maintenance free compressor, simply get some air tool oil and squirt some into the compressor it self. into it's intake, or flip it over and squirt some on the cylinder wall. it will usually help keep it going for awhile, but they really are throw away compressors.
The last one paid for itself. My grandpa gave it to me for free LOL

Mostly use gear oil thicker for the gear ratio you run something thinner it's more likely to wear out your gearing

Plan for a REAL compressor(13 cfm minimum). CFM is EVERYTHING!
I would just put gear oil in the diff
On the aircompressor it is typacly the valve in the head they are normally pretty cheap

Stick that chain in the ultra sonic cleaner it should loosen up the crud
Soak the chain in atf, it works great on stuff like that, I normally keep old atf when I do trnas flushes for stuff like that

Soak Chan in ATF or diesel it will free up like new
the reason you see so many go karts with Tecumseh motors is due to briggs and straton stopping sales of small motors for go karts and minibikes. there was some sorta law passed that could make to motor maker liable for injuries resulting from a fly wheel coming apart or something like that. so Tecumseh stepped in and filled the space. guess they were hard up enough for money they were willing to take on the risk.

I used to have a go cart like that one mine was in a lot worse shape considering I put the roll bar to good use. And I had a bigger motor on mine.
WHERE IS THE JEEP
In the 3 wheel community, trail pros get a bad rap! They are the worst. Too hard of compound and load up quickly with mud. Hot knifing them does wonders. It all depends on riding conditions. But in snow it mud I would definitely consider it.

it seems like you post something that you mention how to get it to fix but to me don't look from the beginning to the end when is actually fixed and running as other people does, ill do fix stuff but never posted anything and you will be surprise what I have done and actually get it going not just saying ill get it to fix and doesn't look like it.
