I'm thinking the Corsair is going to be a real hoot with this 'Smart' upgrade package. I know a lot of people complain that eFlite is just re-releasing models, but thats been their business model for a decade or more. All the hard work is done, so adding better electronics, higher quality foam, better reinforcing, etc is good for every one and doesnt cost that much more. Evo everything!
Man, the speed range on this thing is wildly impressive! 100 is nuts for a plane like this, and it sounded mean coming off that dive. Really great job on this speed trial fellas!
Great plane. I have the first gen 1.2m T28 from Eflite. I have since upgraded it to 4s. Such a great plane. Hope y’all enjoy yours as much as I have mine. 👋😉
Yeah. This was my 1st "out of top wing trainer" mode a few months back. This T28 is sweet. I was blown away at how smooth it flys. Even in moderate to to heavy wind. Very stable. Probably could have skipped the top wing trainer altogether and gone strait to this "warbird". I likes it alot. (and now I know how fast it goes) :)

I got 99mph out of mine on a steep dive. So pretty conclusive that's its a good 100mph plane. I've just bought the older Corsair, installed an AR631, Avian 60A and a Maule BL15 1050kv motor and this thing now is crazy fast. The punch is amazing! Considering the Corsair is 100g lighter than the T28 it makes sense. Waiting on the rehashed P47!
Great job on the speed test! I'm just wondering if it's faster than the P-39 Airacobra! I searched your page and couldn't find anything on the Airacobra speed! I personally think the T28 is faster but I could be wrong...
@@gooniac33 I subscribe to many RUclips channels. I get the alert and I tune in....just to hear elevator music and a count down. I (and others) just click back off because there's nothing greater than to be put on HOLD once called (or alerted) of a video playing. Just because you may like to wait once alerted doesn't mean most of us like it.
That T28 is a ROCKET! 4S 5K spektrum pack in mine and I got it to 111 mph. Super fun and great flying plane!

The extra weight is what got it to111mph

Hey guys, how would you rate this versus the Eflite 1.2m p51 and p47 in terms of general enjoyability but also speed?
The P47 is just a great all around flyer with no real negative tendencies.
It's too bad you didn't do the GPS for this!
