Its actually a 100% spawnrate, it spawns every 180-210 min, so you just need to be in the right place in the right time.

Does anyone truly understand how mastery modifiers actually work?
I showed it how it works at the end, you can notice how 20% affects overall stat increase.
It gives you extra IP based on how much IP from spec you get (100 IP from spec with +15% modifier = +15 IP extra)

There are few abilities, like dagger's dash, that has cd scale with ip, other than that, there are no hidden stats thst appear on specific X IP. Although there are some abilities, that have hidden effects.

Getting spec is really good thing long run, it helps both in pvp and pve, it may also help you with escaping (bloodletter's dash ability)

I think the reason why 2h scales better than 1h is because on 1h you can take another off-hand that'll boost your stats
It is works like that, except 2h has higher mana scaling as well, which is a downside.

I got a question about mastery modifier. Does it really just a multiplier based on ONLY mastery or mastery+spec?
if it is only for mastery then the bonus wouldn't be so high that makes it significant enough right? For example, wearing a flat 7 is better than 4.3 but what is the number here? How much better is it?
It is a literally multiplier, you're right. So if you have no spec or anything at all, then 4.4 will be exactly the same as 8.0

I thought it would be better To get 3 non relic weapons to 80 spec each than 100 specs in 1 weapon. What would be the optimal spec progression look like?

Do I understand correctly? Having the whole nature tree maxed to 120 like you showed in your material (3:28) grants you more IP overall for any nature build?
Idk if i got your question right but leveling up any weapon in a tree (lets say nature staff) will give more ip to any weapon at that tree (lets say blight staff) but not by that much, mostly its 0.2 ip per level of any no artifact weapon and 0.1 for artifacted weapon
For the weapon line alone (not for armors or helmets), but yes, you're correct!

Avg IP is completely useless. Cause cape itself affects it but doesn't change anything. You can bring no cape at all, and 8.4 will have 1400 avg

Average IP is probably the most useless stat in terms of character description.
Your cape doesn't scale with spec, so if you don't use it, it will cut your AVG so much, while nothing will change in terms of your power. So, if you can, never judge ppl by avg IP.
Everything was calculated based on IP you see in item description.

Ye, ofc, the cooldown modifier on mistcaller actually increase the rate at which cooldown timer (+16% means every second will pass 1.16 cd time instead), so +100% will only make cooldown 2 times shorter (ex: 30s.->15s)

I transport in black zone alot so I asked my friend to comment on my build, he said everything looks solid except my weapon is too gucci since weapon ip doesn't have effect on damage taken, like helmet/armor/shoes/offhand. Is that true?
Some weapons provide longer CC, lower less CD, extra HP, which can be an edge in some scenarios (like higher threshold for undead cape)

@@frozenflava ava armor/judi can provide better survivability stat wise, judi will also not put you in combat, but it's more expensive.

@@frozenflava if run is useless for you, you can only hope extra survivability from guardian boots can give you enough time, someone else kill the gank group (it also offers passive than increases defense)

It is great, but unless you want people to farm them and take your loot, sure!
How many hp do you get per level?
On a weapon you get 6% per 100IP,
on offhands that's 16% per 100 IP.
On armor, however it is more complicated, since you get less and less % every 100 IP. But don't worry, resistance + HP increases just enough, so if you grab weapon with the same IP as armor pieces, you will always do the same % of HP, doesn't matter if it's 700 IP vs 700 IP or 2100 IP vs 2100 IP.
I use to think that there was soft caps for scaling but I never looked to much into it. Like, you need to reach a breaking point of IP to make the item scale better.
about a year ago people told me, "just max the tree dum dum"... but in my mind, why will I waste my time leveling something I will never use? Just for 10 ip? I'd rather just max another weapon and be good with that too so I can fill many roles.
It's all about min-maxing after specific point, but overall, every extra IP gives you slightly more than previous on the same item and tier, it is definitely worth in a long run for stuff you use all the time.

it does, If you get 0 IP from specs, it doesn't matter what modifier you have. But, if you got 100 spec, with 20% modifier you'll get extra 48 IP!
Butty, what do you think get 120 first or 700 first?
I wanted to add that explanation in the video, but there's no real answer.
100->120 Requires 50m credits 15m silver.
while
100->700 requires 102m credits
So either way, you gotta grind or have money (or both)
I guess the best way is to balance it (a little bit of 105 and then 60s)

Extra IP grants you a little bit of extra dmg, but the highest dmg comes from armor, which may increase your clear speed by up to 50%. Once you reach specific threshold, you'll be able to kill mobs with 1 ability less, which means, much higher fame per hour.

What is same number of hits?
This graphs shows the HP% and defence% gain per 100 IP, which gets lower and lower, at the same time, if you use exactly the same IP weapon, you will still do the same damage in % relative to max HP.
For example:
on 100 IP you do 6 hp (out of 100) (6%)
on 1000 IP you do 30 hp (out of 500) (6%)
@@ButterscotchTheButty do you mean that it has 1:1 scale ratio with any weapon, meaning if you wear 1000 IP armor and the other player uses 1000 IP weapon, the amount of hits will be the same as if both were using 1500 IP items? Basing on the information on armors covered in the video one might think that no matter what IP armor they wear, they will always get killed in the same amount of time, which may be misleading (at least to me)

I was so confused when you say no matter how high the armor IP gets the same amount of hits needed to kill them are still the same. I actually thought you mean it as t4 are as strong as 8.3 armor,
so it turns out its just scaling it with weapon with the same IP huh. So only applies the same amount of hit if the weapon are also the same IP.
But if armor IP is higher than weapon, then more hits are needed to finish them off...

Bro, idk if you’ll still see this comment. But here’s a question for you, what do you think is the sweet spot in elite spec that is cost efficient for credit fame.
You can definitely focus on making 120 your main weapon, as for the rest, probably around 105s~
you forgot about first three simple weapons giving most ip for all others (0.2 vs 0.1)
so maxing out weapon priority
ur main weapon
first three in a row
ur weapon to 120
all other weapons to 100
first three to 120
all to 120
The difference in 720 vs 840 is not that big, but if you want, you can always join our discord and we can calculate that together :)
@@ButterscotchTheButty well ofc its not THAT big) but given that first three weapons are the cheapest, a lil bit easier to lvl up those first anyway, same goes for all other except offhand, only first ones gives massive bonus to others (offhand cheap to upgrade with fame anyway)

I think an optimal progression video -- backed by your research -- would be very well received. Think about the viewer and what questions they may have. These questions would be something like "if I want to play bloodletter, how should I fame up the weapon and tree?" or "given decreasing benefits, is there a "sweetspot" for IP that you recommend, kind of "best bang for the buck"?"
I think if you could build upon on what you already have in this video and combine it with faming numbers into practical take-aways, it would be very helpful and well received.

me and my friend tried duoing a t6 avalonian group dungeon map 2years ago, we were 700 spec with 8.3mp and we were able to clear all the mobs and get to the first boss which w gave up on since it was too boring but i think with 120spec and .4 being out it can be done now
