The scene where he's kidnapped to the monastery in S1 is also hilarious "My head is not ugly!" "Shall I make him docile?" "I wish you would" *facekick* :P
Misses that golden moment when Uhtred wonders what he did to deserve such wilful, disobedient, obstinant, headstrong children and you can hear Alfred cackling from heaven!! 😂😂😂
And Beocca!! God knows that Beocca is THRILLED that Stiorra is a mini-Uhtred, so that Uhtred can suffer everything that Beocca suffered whilst trying to raise him 😭

Finan its an amazing comedian, Sihtric's face talk by himself and Osferth just delivers the best moments to drop the joke. They are the same trio that would fight Jesus with Infinite Stones if Uhtred was in danger.
Just finished the 5 seasons last night (at 5am 😅) . The entire show I was constantly going "Protect Finan at all costs!!!" He's the only thing that kept it upbeat and fun. Every time they were caught offguard or something, I'd be like "Not Finan!! They're coming for Finan, man!!" Clearly scarred from my GOT days.
Uthred: "I love God!" Beocca: "That's a lie. I've baptized him twice, all he finds is fish" :P And Beocca talking smack to the Sword Dane, and Alfred telling him to wash his mouth. Which Beocca agrees to do with ale :D
The best ever trio of characters ... Great casting. Finan always says, 'what's the plan, Lord', and Uhtred never had a plan. Finan would say, I know that look, Lord, you have no plan...Uhtred laughs and they follow him anyway .. ❤️
Father Pyrlig talking about how he had the letter from Alfred secured near his ball bag always cracks me up. I literally watch this show daily. Every time I find something I missed the last run through. I laugh my ass off and cry like a baby each time I watch it
The comedy was one of the things that made this show stand out so much. They made a great historical fantasy drama and fantastic characters with a proper amount of bl0odshed but it was the comedy that made me pause and rewind because i couldn't stop laughing .

You can easily tell they were ad-libbing and corpsing in many of these and these were the best takes. One of the best ensembles I have ever seen in a series. Genuinely sad it's over.
I was waiting for the part beocca punches and head it’s the guy who was harassing thyra. Never seen him start a fight so that was a one of a kind amazing scene that deserves to be in this video

Please make a special one with Lady Aelswith. Her character development from being hateful to hilarious mostly in season 5 is the most underrated, hilarious, endearing one in my opinion. You can see everyone around her trying not to laugh every time, even Uhtred. Lady Aelswith: I would kneel, but my bones are stiff from… From slaughtering a man with my bare hands. The new Queen scoffs The girl/nurse whose name I never recall: A slight exaggeration Lady Aelswith: I drove a knife through his neck… I was not wearing gloves. I laugh so hard at her lines and the way she talks every time that she passed from one of my earlier most hated to later most loved characters ever of all time
Uhtred and his friends are genuinely my favorite, like I don’t trust anyone who doesn’t like them 😂 despite being vikings and in wars they feel like brothers and sisters goofing around and i'm all here for it.
