I know no one will read this, but maybe I'll feel better after posting. I'm 32 years old and was just diagnosed with ADHD, Autism, and Complex-PTSD after finding out years ago that my 2 boys have Autism. I grew up in an abusive, narcissistic household. I'm now figuring myself out all over again, but I feel like I'm not good enough for my kids. Not only are they struggling, but I am too. The only thing keeping me alive is my husband, whom I have been with for 18 years. More than half our lives. I'm just now learning how to walk away from my past and start a new chapter in life. I really hope this next season in life actually takes me to where I can be happy, like I used to be...Thanks for making this music. I listen to it while I sleep in hopes it helps my body. Please, everyone, stay safe. Heal your body. Advocate. Stay strong. DO NOT BACK DOWN! Do what's best for yourself, not for anyone else.❤
I’ve spent years in prison and years in the streets in and in constant traumatic situations I have lost joy in life and many times I have lost hope that I will ever be happy and pray the lord fixes me seeing these comments of everyone staying strong makes me feel like I’m not as invisible as I thought stay hard people we got this I love you allout of care homes and
